Name of Operation : Arthroscopic irrrigation & debridement
Arthroscopic meniscectomy

MethodofAnesthesia : Spinal (13:45 ~ 15:35)

Findings : ACL, PCL & med., lat. meniscus were degerative change
ACL & lateral meniscus - Tophi infiltration
tibial & femoral condyle were cartilage denuding.
Dark yellowish fluid collection was seen.

Procedures : Under spinal anesthesia, the patient was laid with supine position
on the op. table.
The pneumatic tourniquet was applied with 270 mmHg.
The Antero-lateral portal was made for scope and antero-medial portal
for shaver and probe. Suprapatellar pouch was seen.
and then downward along the medial femoral condyle to medial condyle of
tibial plateau.
The scope was directed laterally ACL and to lateral meniscus with figure
of four position.
Op findings were same as above.
AS lateral meniscectomy was done.
After AS irrigation, hemo-vac was inserted and portal wounds were closed.
Compression dressing was done.
