Thank you South Korea

From the land of The morning calm ; South Korea in just 47 days sent 330,000 artillery shells (155mm) to Ukraine, making it a larger supplier for this kind ammunition than all European nations combined.

Thank you Korea, in these days of dark pervading light your ray of hope fills those who wish Ukraine well and those who wish Russia back from its madness and needless belligerence much comfort. Thank you Korea, thank you Japan. Far you may be from our epicenter but aware waves from it worldwide

This war has given South Korea an excuse to become a majors arms exporter.
Let us all thank Putin once again for making our Allies stronger.

The US of A needs to get in step. Send more, the people of the US support Ukraine. Our elected officials, who work for the people, need to step it up. Allocate the funds and equipment NOW.
Well done South Korea!

South Korea did this as a response to North Korea sending theirs to Russia, so I applaud South Korean leadership.

Wow, I must have missed that one. Good thing, Korea is a powerhouse in term of armament.
Until now I thought they were reluctant to send lethal material. Maybe North Korea move helped.
Hope EU is paying for this, as they are not willing to ramp up their production, outsourcing might be a solution.

And many of the European countries are finally just waking up and not just sitting around with their thumbs up their derrieres, partially making up for their inactivity. Thank goodness for the US, S. Korea and others who are taking genuine action.

I hope you are right, but the munitions went to the US rather than Ukraine directly. The US is guaranteeing delivery. S Korea’s official position is the country does not send munitions to war zones. S. Korea indirectly supplied more 155-mm shells for Ukraine than all European countries combined: WP |…

Great news, but sadly N Korea just sent over a million artillery shells to ruzzia! Aid from the US is being denied through the treacherous acts of a republican congress so it’s time that Europe woke up and offered more help, or at least honoured the promises already made. Still, big gratitude to S K…

South Korea is a manufacturing powerhouse. I visited there twice ang the ship manufacturing in the southern part of the country is unbelievable and I am sure that sort of manufacturing excellence could be turned to other things in short order.

South Korea will likely become a large arms exporter. They will provide good weapons at a reasonable price with a relatively quick time frame to supply.
