성경말씀: 시 69~71

Scripture Reading: Psalms 69~71

세상에 오신 하나님 예수께서는, “하나님이 제사와 예물을 원하지 아니하시고 오직 나를 위하여 한 몸을 예비하셨도다. 번제와 속죄제는 기뻐하지 아니하시나니, 하나님이여 보시옵소서 두루마리 책에 나를 가리켜 기록된 것과 같이 하나님의 뜻을 행하러 왔나이다(히10:5-7)” 하였듯, 태초에 세상과 사람을 창조하신 목적대로 모든 사람이 반드시 이루어야 할 믿음과 구원의 길을 보여주며 가르치려고 사람으로 오셨는데, “하나님이여 목까지 물에 잠긴 나를 구원하소서. 나는 발붙일 곳이 없는 깊은 수렁에 빠져들어 깊은 물속으로 들어가고 큰 물이 나를 삼키나이다. 도움을 부르짓다 지쳐 목은 마르고 하나님을 찾던 나의 눈이 흐려졌나이다. 까닭 없이 미워하는 자들이 나의 머리털보다 많고 이유없이 나를 죽이려는 많은 원수들이 내가 훔치지 않은 것을 물어주라 하나이다. 하나님이여 주 앞에 나의 죄를 숨기지 못하듯 나의 우매함을 주께서 아시나이다(69:1-5)” 하였듯, 말씀과 성령으로 가르치는 진리를 따라 지키며 순종하려고 하면, 까닭없이 죽이려는 원수들의 음해와 공격으로 도저히 빠져나올 수 없는 죽음의 수렁으로 빠져들게 됩니다.

For God came to earth in the name of Jesus, He came as a human being to show and teach the way of faith and salvation in him, that all people must achieve, in accordance with the purpose of creating the world and people in the beginning, as “Sacrifice and offering you did not desire, but a body you prepared for me; with burnt offerings and sin offerings you were not pleased. Then I said, ‘Here I am—it is written about me in the scroll—I have come to do your will, O God (Hebrews10:5-7)” However, if you will try to follow and obey the truth taught by the Bible and the Holy Spirit, you will fall into a swamp of death from which you cannot escape due to the slander and attacks of enemies who want to kill you without reason, as “Save me, O God, for the waters have come up to my neck. I sink in the miry depths, where there is no foothold. I have come into the deep waters; the floods engulf me. I am worn out calling for help; my throat is parched. My eyes fail, looking for my God. Those who hate me without reason outnumber the hairs of my head; many are my enemies without cause, those who seek to destroy me. I am forced to restore what I did not steal. You know my folly, O God; my guilt is not hidden from you (69:1-5)”

그래도 절망하거나 포기하지 않고, “전능하신 여호와 나의 주여 주께 소망을 둔 자들이 나 때문에 수치를 당하지 않게 하시고 이스라엘의 하나님이여 주를 찾는 자들이 나로 말미암아 모욕을 당하지 않게 하옵소서. 내가 주를 위하여 경멸을 참아내며 나의 얼굴이 수치로 덮였나이다. 내가 형제들에게도 낯선 외국인처럼 되었나이다. 주의 집을 위한 열정이 나를 삼키고 주를 향한 비방을 내가 받나이다. 내가 울며 금식하면서도 경멸을 참아야 하고, 내가 굵은 베옷을 입었더니 사람들이 조롱하나이다. 성문에 앉은 자들도 나를 조롱하고 술취한 자들의 노래가 되었나이다(69:6-12)” 하였듯, 전능하신 창조와 구원의 주 하나님께 소망을 두고 신뢰하며 주의 이름과 영광을 위하여 구원하여 주시기를 바라며 간구하여 맡기고 기다려야 합니다.

However, we must not despair or give up, but put our hope and trust in the Almighty God of Creation and salvation, and pray and entrust ourselves to Him and wait for Him to save us for His name and glory, as “May those who hope in you not be disgraced because of me, O Lord, the Lord Almighty; may those who seek you not be put to shame because of me, O God of Israel. For I endure scorn for your sake, and shame covers my face. I am a stranger to my brothers, an alien to my own mother’s sons; for zeal for your house consumes me, and the insults of those who insult you fall on me. When I weep and fast, I must endure scorn; When I put on sackcloth, people make sport of me. Those who sit at the gate mock me, and I am the song of the drunkards (69:6-12)”

그러나, “여호와여 내가 주께 간구하오니 주께서 은혜를 베푸실 때에 하나님의 무한하신 사랑과 진리로 내게 응답하시고 구원하소서. 나를 수렁에 빠지지 않게 구원하시고 나를 미워하는 자들의 깊은 물에서 건져주소서. 큰 물이 나를 휩쓸거나 깊은 물이 나를 삼키지 못하게 하시며 무덤이 나를 덮치지 못하게 하소서. 여호와여 주의 사랑으로 내게 응답하시고 주의 크신 긍휼로 나를 돌보소서. 내가 환난을 당하였사오니 주의 얼굴을 종에게 숨기지 마시고 속히 응답하소서. 가까이 오셔서 내 영혼을 구원하시고 원수들에게서 나를 속량하소서. 원수들이 주님 앞에서 나를 얼마나 멸시하고 능욕하며 조롱하는지 주께서 아시나이다. 모욕감으로 마음이 찢어지고 절망에 빠졌으나 동정하거나 위로할 자도 없나이다(69:13-20)” 하였듯, 하나님 밖에는 의지할 데가 없다는 사실을 진심으로 알고 간구해야 합니다.

Therefore, we must know correctly that we have no one to rely on but God only, and pray sincerely, as “I pray to you, O Lord, in the time of your favor; in your great love, O God, answer me with your sure salvation. Rescue me from the mire, do not let me sink; deliver me from those who hate me, from mouth over waters. Rescue me from the mire, do not let me sink; deliver me from those who hate me, from the deep waters. Do not let the floodwaters engulf me or the depths swallow me up or the pit close its mouth over me. Answer me, O Lord, out of the goodness of your love; in your great mercy turn to me. Do not hide your face from your servant; answer me quickly, for I am in trouble. Come near and rescue me; redeem me because of my foes. You know how I am scorned, disgraced and shamed; all my enemies are before you. Scorn has broken my heart and has left me helpless; I looked for sympathy, but there was none, for comforters, but I found none (69:13-20)”

그리고 “그들이 나의 음식에 쓸개를 섞어주고 목타는 내게 식초를 주었으니, 그들의 밥상이 올가미가 되고 그들을 벌하는 덫이 되게 하소서. 그들의 눈이 멀어 보지 못하게 하시고 그들의 건강이 허약해지게 하소서. 주의 분노를 그들에게 쏟으시고 주의 맹렬하신 진노로 그들을 사로잡으소서. 그들의 장막에 사는 자가 없게 하시며 버려지고 황폐하게 하소서. 그들이 주께서 상하게 하신 자를 핍박하고 주께서 상처 입힌 자의 아픔을 비웃었으니, 그들의 죄에 죄악을 더하여 주의 구원에 들어오지 못하게 하소서. 그들의 이름을 생명책에서 지우시고 의인들과 함께 기록되지 않게 하소서(69:21-28)” 하였듯, 원수들의 심판을 하나님께 맡기되, “아버지 저들을 사하여 주옵소서 자기들이 하는 것을 알지 못함이니이다(눅23:34)” 하였듯, 원수들의 영혼을 사랑하며 용서를 간구하는 믿음이 돼야 합니다.

And leave the judgement of your enemies to God, as “They put gall in my food and gave me vinegar for my thirst. May the table set before them become a snare; may it become retribution and a trap. May their eyes be darkened so they cannot see, and their backs be bent forever. Pour out your wrath on them; let your fierce anger overtake them. May their place be deserted; let there be no one to dwell in their tents. For they persecute those you wound and talk about the pain of those you hurt. Charge them with crime upon crime; do not let them share in your salvation. May they be blotted out of the book of life and not be listed with the righteous (69:21-28)” However, it must be faith that pities the souls of our enemies, loves them, and ask for forgiveness of God, as “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing (Luke23:34)”

또한 “괴롭고 고통스러운 나를 하나님의 구원으로 보호하소서. 내가 노래로 하나님의 이름을 찬양하며 감사로 하나님께 영광을 돌리리이다. 그것이 뿔과 굽이 있는 황소로 제사드리는 것보다 여호와를 더욱 기쁘시게 하리이다. 하나님을 찾는 자들은 마음이 소생되고 가난한 자들은 하나님께서 하시는 일을 보고 기뻐하리이다. 여호와는 궁핍한 자의 부르짖음을 들으시며 포로된 자들을 멸시하지 아니하시니, 하늘과 땅과 바다와 그 안에 있는 모든 것이 주를 찬송하리이다. 하나님이 예루살렘을 구원하시고 유다 성읍들을 재건하시므로 그의 백성들이 소유하며 살게 하시리이다. 주의 종들의 후손들이 상속을 받고 주의 이름을 사랑하는 자들이 거기에 거주하리이다(69:29-36)” 하였듯, 죽을 것같은 고난 속에서도 하나님의 언약에 소망을 두고 신뢰하며 찬양하고 경배해야 합니다.

Even in the midst of suffering that fells like death, we must place our hope in God’s covenant, trust in it, praise it, worship to God and wait for it, as “I am in pain and distress; may your salvation, O God, protect me. I will praise God’s name in song and glorify him with thanksgiving. This will please the Lord more than an ox, more than a bull with its horns and hoofs. The poor will see and be glad-you who seek God, may your hearts live. The Lord hears the needy and does not despise his captive people. Let heaven and earth praise him, the seas and all that move in them, for God will save Zion and rebuild the cities of Judah. Then people will settle there and possess it; the children of his servants will inherit it, and those who love his name will dwell there (69:29-36)”

그리고 “나의 하나님 여호와여 속히 오셔서 나를 돕고 구원하소서. 나를 죽이려는 자들은 치욕으로 당황하게 하시고 나의 멸망을 바라는 자들은 수치를 당하고 돌아가게 하소서. 나를 보고 아하, 아하 하는 자들이 치욕을 당하여 돌아가게 하소서. 주를 찾는 자들이 주 안에서 기뻐하고 즐거워하게 하시며 주의 구원을 사랑하는 자들은 하나님은 항상 높임을 받으소서 찬양하게 하소서. 하나님이여 나는 가난하고 궁핍하오니 속히 내게 임하소서 주는 나의 도움과 구원이시니 여호와여 지체하지 마소서(70:1-5)” 하였듯, 자신의 의지나 노력이나 믿음으로는 결코 아무것도 이루지 못함을 알고 겸손하게 하나님의 구원에 자신을 맡기고 이루어 주시기를 간구해야 됩니다.

And, knowing correctly that we can never achieve anything through our own will and efforts, we must entrust ourselves to God’s salvation and pray for it to be accomplished, as “Hasten, O God, to save me; O Lord, come quickly to help me. May those who seek my life be put to shame and confusion; may all who desire my ruin be turned back in disgrace. May those who say to me, ‘Aha. Aha. Turn back because of their shame. But may all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you; may those who love your salvation always say, ‘Let God be exalted. Yet I am poor and needy; come quickly to me, O God. You are my help and my deliverer; O Lord, do not delay (70:1-5)”

또한 “나는 항상 주께 소망을 두고 더욱더 주를 찬양하리이다. 내가 비록 다 알지는 못할지라도 주의 놀라우신 의와 구원을 온종일 전하리이다. 절대권자 여호와여 내가 주의 위대하신 일들을 선포하며 주의 의로우심만 전하리이다. 하나님이여 나를 어려서부터 가르치셨으므로 지금 내가 주께서 행하신 기이한 일들을 전하나이다(71:14-17)” 하였듯, 자신이 보고 듣고 배워서 아는 하나님의 은혜와 사랑과 능력을 항상 전하고 증거하며 찬양해야 되고, “하나님이여 주의 의로우심이 하늘까지 이르렀고 하나님이여 주께서 행하신 놀라운 일들을 누가 할 수 있나이까, 나에게 많은 환난과 괴로움을 주셨지만 주께서 나를 다시 회복시키시고 깊은 땅 속에서 다시 끌어 올리시며, 주께서 나를 위로하시고 나의 영예를 위대하게 하시리이다(71:19-21)” 하였듯, 죽어서 무덤에 들어갈지라도 부활시키실 하나님을 믿고 신뢰하며 맡기고 죽어야 합니다.

Also, we must always spread, testify, and praise God’s grace, love, and power that we know through what we see, hear, and learn, as “As for me, I will always have hope; I will praise you more and more. My mouth will tell of your righteousness, of your salvation all day long, though I know not its measure. I will come and proclaim your mighty acts, O Sovereign Lord; I will proclaim your righteousness, yours alone. Since my youth, O God, you have taught me, and to this day I declare your marvelous deeds (71:14-17)” And we must believe, trust and entrust ourselves to the Almighty God who will raise us again even if we die and go to the grave, as “Your righteousness reaches to the skies, O God, you who have done great things. Who, O God, is like you? Though you have made me sea troubles, many and bitter, you will restore my life again; from the depths of the earth you will again bring again (71:19-21)”

그래서 “나의 하나님, 나의 하나님, 어찌하여 나를 버리셨나이까(마27:46)” 절박하게 부르짖으신 예수께서, “아버지 내 영혼을 아버지 손에 부탁하나이다(눅23:46)” 간구하여 맡기고 숨지셨으며, 약속의 말씀대로 사흘만에 부활하여 영생의 길을 보여주시며 가르치셨으므로, 그리스도의 대속과 구원의 믿음으로 인도하는 언약의 말씀에 겉으로 나타나는 의미에 속지 말고, 예수의 고난과 죽음에 숨겨진 진리를 따라 맡기고 순종하며 죽으므로 대속과 구원을 얻어야 합니다. 여러분 모두 그처럼 올바른 믿음으로 대속과 구원을 얻어 천국에 들어가기를 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 간절히 축복하며 기도합니다.  아멘.

So, even though Jesus was hanging on the cross, he cried out desperately, as “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me (Matthew27:46)” But, Jesus was entrusted his soul to God the heavenly Father, as “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit (Luke23:46)” That’s why, He showed and taught the way of resurrection from the dead after three days. Therefore, do not be deceived by the outward meaning of the covenant words that leads to Christ’s atonement and salvation, but correctly know, follow, keep, entrust, obey and die the truth of the gospel hidden in the cross suffering and death of Jesus Christ to obtain atonement, salvation and resurrection. Beloved brothers and sisters, I hopefully pray and plead for you to my Immanuel God, you shall be as good and worthy faith in Christ Jesus all. Amen.
