3. SPECIFICATIONS: 

    -  FINENESS MODULE 1.7 ~ 2.3 MUD BELOW 2%

      - CHLORIDE ION BELOW 0.01%

      -  MOISTURE BELOW 5%（exceeding 5% will be deducted）

4. PACKING : 50,000 ton bulk carriers

5. INSPECTION:  By S.G.S. at loading port on Seller's account.

6. QUANTITY:     1,200,000 cubic meters per year

  7. DELIVERY:      Port of Cambodia - first shipment shall be within 30 days after the receipt of L/C by your bank.

8. MODE: CIF

  9. PRICE: US$ XX dollars / cubic meter 

10.PAYMENT: (Irrevocable, Transferable, Revolving

    11. PERFORMANCE BOND: 2% of contract value of each shipment

12. DOCUMENTS: (Following documents are requested to be presented for payment on shipment:

a) Clean on board bill of lading marked"freight prepaid" and blank endorsed.

  b) Certificate of weight and quantity issued by S.G.S. or other third-party  inspection       certificate.

c) Signed commercial invoice.

e) Master's receipt of all documents except commercial invoice.
