Joy : What's the date?

I : Today, It is May 27th.

Joy : Somehow, I feel the time is slow this week. I don't know why. You know, Monday we have a holiday Buddha´s day. and I feel like yesterday is like a Monday but I can slow. I don't know. What did you do in the morning?

I : I got up around 6:30 and Today morning, I had to go to my son's school because of mother's service

Joy : What did you service?

I : traffic service.

Joy : Oh.. Traffic service... in front of the door? in front od the school?

I : yes.

Joy : Ok. Do you wear some a like....I don't know unit Korea, I think you need to wear a band.

I : Yes. I wore a  yellow vest and hold yellow flag during 30 minutes.

Joy : How many students in school Jeju island, your son school?

I : My son's school is a little bit small school. I want him to go there. I don't know in detail but the number of his school are around over 100.

Joy : A quite small group. Are you satisfied in his school?

I : Yes, He said that  I'm very happy.

Joy : Oh.. really Does he put homework or something?

I : A little

Joy : Does he need to go to 학원?

I : No

Joy : Ok. He is very lucky boy meeting you. You know, mostly Kids are so poor and wretch in Seoul. So many students are having to 학원 after school and they are much too busier than me. Their parents actually want to do like you . They want their children go free and much relaxable time but reality in Seoul is different.

Joy : Today moving to our chapter and Venezuela women.

They are thinking Miss and Miss Universe is an honored title. But Why do people consider it  to be silly?

I : They say that beauty contests treat women as objects and place too much importance on women's looks.

Joy : one of expert said Sara, What did she define about the beauty contest ?

I : Sarah says that they are not really more beautiful and it's just that the girls work harder and prepare more than anyone else.

Joy : I think in Venezuela, they looks good and I remember one of their attendance , (동격의 콤마)

she was very perfect

 body figure and perfect answer of the questions and that all things are made by training for a long time. Next.. Why Venezuela women are got to more a the winner that other countries?

I : In Venezuela, they are almost a national obsession about Miss and Miss Universe title and prepare for a contest during a long time. It is a full time job that involves sixteen-hour days for six months.

Joy : And next chapter Moving to story 6. Have you just read out this passage?

I : Yes.

Joy : What are you taking about passage story 6?

I : Memory.

Joy : Good memory. Are you sometimes feeling that you are getting worst memories?

I : Yes.

Joy : When? Specially when? You know these days, I feel a little bit worry about myself  because I can't  memory very easy word. For example 운동장.. This is very easy words but I can memory playground in English. That's fine. but sometimes I can't step put in my words in the brain. What's wrong? I don't know. When do you feel you are getting worst?

I : Before starting to study English, at that time I felt my bad memory. The reason of my bad memory are deep stress and drinking some alcohol. At that time I thought "what do I have to improve my memory?"

-> I thought that what I had to do to improve my memory.(간접의문문처럼)

So I quit drinking alcohol and chose to study English.

Joy : I heard that learning second language is really helpful to improve your brain. So this is not only your son. This is for yourself too. Any other helpful when you have a conversation with your friend and do you say 버벅거리다. How do you say?

I : I don't know.

Joy : Stammer : 버벅거리다. Have you ever stammered in while your conversation?

I : No

Joy : I feel a little words because I don't remember old vocabulary in Korea sometimes and I stammered and I spoke out other words. So I feel "Oh my God. It's very silly"  and my friends are very laugh and "What's that? What are you talking about?" Is it like you are alien words. I feel embarassed. What if you are having very very good conversation skills? What would you do?

I : in my case, I guess that Bad memory is uncomfortable in my life. So I try to read many books and write something in my dairy or note down.

Joy : Do you keep a diary every day?

I : Yes.​ I try to keep a diary.

Joy : ​and 일기를 쓰다? keep a diary. What's the different to keep a diary wirting a diary?

​I : Most of people rarely keep a diary or write something. They use IT machine for example computer or smart phone. but using this machine is not good for our memory. I heard that using this machine caused change of our brain. and Not reading a book caused too. Three years ago, I read a book. THe book title is people of thoughtless(생각하지 않는).. The author say that internet is changed our life. This period most of people rarely think. but if we try to read a book and write something or think, our brain is getting better.

Joy : note down.적어두다. I know that's good. Actually suceessful and success people are book readers and very very powerfull. 백지연 she publishs published her book  a couple of years ago, she said exactally seem ...thing with you and she always note down after reading a book. Does it really help you?

I : Yes, I guess.

Joy : Do you sometimes read a  book repeat and repeat and repeat?

I : When I read English books, I repeat and repeat and repeat. but when I read other books, I don't do that.
