<P>세번째 에피소드로 수능시험에 관한 내용을 퍼왔습니다.</P>
<P>한국에 거주하는 듯한 외국인이 해외에 있는 외국인에게 한국을 소개하기 위해 만든 동영상들이지만,</P>
<P>거꾸로 우리가 보기에도 괜찮을 것 같아서 퍼왔습니다.</P>

<DIV class=commentBody>- Two things really amazed me in this video:
<P>1. The police bringing students (which were late for the test) to school. I am not sure any european police force has that service on their list. Simply amazing. For example the only time german police would bring a student to school is if that student is someone who's notoriously cutting classes.</P>
<P>2. Other students cheering for the ones taking the entrance exam. That might amaze me because when I visited school it was uncool to be a striver, neerd or geek.</P>
<P>(동영상을 보면서 두가지 사실이 참 놀라웠다:</P>
<P>1. 경찰이 (시험에 늦은) 학생들을 학교까지 데려다 준다는 것. 유럽에서 그런 서비스를 하는 경찰이 있는 지 모르겠어. 완전히 놀랍다. 가령 독일에서 경찰이 학생을 데려다 줄 때는 그 학생이 결석을 밥먹듯하는 경우에만 해당되거든.</P>
<P>2. 시험을 보는 학생들을 위해 다른 학생들이 응원해 주는 것. 그것도 놀라워. 왜냐하면 내가 학교에 다닐때는 공부벌레들이나 좀 안 노는 애들은 조금 이상한 애들이나 멋없는 애들로 생각됐었거든...)</P>

<P>- I really loved it!! but one question!! what was police doing there?! at first i though they are celebrities!! hahahaha<BR>so police take the students to the exam's location? sorry for my ignorance! but i didn't catch that part!</P>
<P>oh that girl was talking the second half of the clip was so adorable!! she was so comfortable speaking out her life!!! i wish i could be that natural answering a random person's questions!!! seems like Koreans are really open and friendly!! </P>

<P>아 그리고 동양상 뒷쪽에서 말하던 그 여자애 멋지더라!! 자기 경험을 토대로 말하는데 너무 자연스럽게 잘 했어!!! 나도 모르는 사람의 질문에 그렇게 자연스럽게 대답할 수 있었으면 좋겠다!!! 한국사람들은 굉장히 솔직하고 친절해보여!!)</P>

<P>- Another good ep! I did think it was a little short, though? One girl alluded to the fact that some students go to Outback, for example, to celebrate afterward. I though you would show some video of "after-parties", so I was surprised when the clip ended. Also, I agree with several commenters regarding the presence of the po-po. I gather they were escorting late test-takers, but how did they arrange that? Would have been a good question to ask.</P>
<P>(좋은 에피소드!! 근데 조금 짧다고 느끼긴 했어. 학생들이 시험끝나고 기념삼아 아웃백간다그랬던 그 여학생있잖아. 그런 "기념파티" 동영상도 조금 올려줄줄 알았거든. 아 그리고 경찰이 거기에 왜 있나 하는 댓글들 말이야. 나도 시험에 늦은 학생들을 경찰이 데려다 준다는것 까지는 이해했거든, 근데 그거 어떻게 부르는거야? 좋은 질문인것 같아.)</P>

<P>- Is this common in Korea? The pressure is incredible, seems that the suicide rate among teens would be much higher. The police escort was wild, my wife and were stocked. I thought they took education seriously in her country (Taiwan) but I think Korea has them beat. </P>
<P>(이런거 한국에서 흔해? 압박이 장난이 아니네, 십대자살률이 다른곳에 비해 굉장이 높을 것 같아. 경찰이 (학생을) 데려다 주는 장면에 나하고 우리부인하고 완전 놀랐어. 처갓집 (대만)에서는 교육에 대해 완전 심각하게 생각하는 줄 알았거든, 근데 한국은 더 장난 아니네.)</P></DIV>

<P>- Your V.O. in the 1st podcast talked about how mainstream media doesn't show the true colours of the beautiful people around you and this episode is a good example of you, the director, staying on course with the mission statement. The students interviewed unabashedly displayed their true colours even despite a friend's reprehension that what he is saying is a dishonour to the country upon using the word hell to describe study conditions for high school students. The mentioned student is an example of who will make Korea continually improve, at least on a social level, to move away, albeit inching at times, from the unfortunate stereotype of sheep-mindedness. Kudos all around. </P>
<P>(첫번째 에피소드에서 한국의 주류언론이 어떤식으로 한국사람들의 모습을 변질시키고, 그 사람들의 진짜 아름다운 모습들을 은폐시키는지 말했었는데, 이게 그 좋은 예가 될것 같다. 그리고 감독으로서 원래 표현하고자 했던 목적에 계속 부합되는 좋은 예인것 같다. 인터뷰에 응해준 학생들은 체면같은거 차리지 않고, 친구의 나라망신이라는 발언에도 불구하고 솔직한 심정을 말해줬어. 고등학교 교육을 지옥이라고 까지 표현하면서 말이야. 그런 학생들이 한국을 끊임없이 발전시킬거라고 생각해 특히 한국인들이 너무 조심스럽다라고 생각하는 외국의 상투적인 편견같은거로부터 말이야... 아무튼 완전 경의를 표한다.)</P>

그런데 저기서 여자애가 말하듯 그렇게 학원 선생님까지 동참할 정도로 시험에서 부정행위가 만연해 있습니까..? 수능제도 초기에 시험 본 저로써는 저런 상황들이 너무 놀랍네요. 학원 선생님이라지만 애들 가르치는 선생님들까지 어떻게 부정행위를 돕지..-_- 극소수의 사례일 것 같은데 저렇게 일반적인 얘길 하듯 얘기하는 저 여학생이 곱게 보이지 않네요.. 저 영상을 보는 외국인들은 한국 교육에 대해서 어떻게 생각할지..부정행위가 만연해 있고 외국 유학 못가서 안달 난 사람들이 수두룩한 그런 곳이란 이미지가 콱 박히겠구만..쩝.

어디에도 없는 우리의 대학입시문화^^
중국은 우리보다 훨씬 더 치열해요..;;
저렇게 후배들이 응원해주고 하는것도 포함해서요^^

근데 진짜 경찰 어떻게 불러요? 아무리 생각해도 112에 직접 전화하는 방법 밖에는 생각이 안나는데..;;;;
