근친결혼(近親結婚) 조석예배(朝夕禮拜)

(대상23:21-32)
21 The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi. The sons of Mahli: Eleazar and Kish.  22 Eleazar died without having sons: he had only daughters. Their cousins, the sons of Kish, married them.  23 The sons of Mushi: Mahli, Eder and Jerimoth--three in all.  24 These were the descendants of Levi by their families--the heads of families as they were registered under their names and counted individually, that is, the workers twenty years old or more who served in the temple of the LORD.  25 For David had said, "Since the LORD, the God of Israel, has granted rest to his people and has come to dwell in Jerusalem forever,  26 the Levites no longer need to carry the tabernacle or any of the articles used in its service."  27 According to the last instructions of David, the Levites were counted from those twenty years old or more.  28 The duty of the Levites was to help Aaron's descendants in the service of the temple of the LORD: to be in charge of the courtyards, the side rooms, the purification of all sacred things and the performance of other duties at the house of God.  29 They were in charge of the bread set out on the table, the flour for the grain offerings, the unleavened wafers, the baking and the mixing, and all measurements of quantity and size.  30 They were also to stand every morning to thank and praise the LORD. They were to do the same in the evening  31 and whenever burnt offerings were presented to the LORD on Sabbaths and at New Moon festivals and at appointed feasts. They were to serve before the LORD regularly in the proper number and in the way prescribed for them.  32 And so the Levites carried out their responsibilities for the Tent of Meeting, for the Holy Place and, under their brothers the descendants of Aaron, for the service of the temple of the LORD.

3가지 주제가 
발견된다

하나는 사촌간의 결혼 
하나는 20세 이상 성전사역자격요건(聖殿事役資格要件) 나이 제한(制限)
하나는 조석예배(朝夕禮拜)

우리나라 민법 제809조(근친혼 등의 금지)를 보면
「① 8촌 이내의 혈족(친양자의 입양 전의 혈족을 포함한다) 사이에서는 혼인하지 못한다.
② 6촌 이내의 혈족의 배우자, 배우자의 6촌 이내의 혈족, 배우자의 4촌 이내의 혈족의 배우자인 인척이거나 이러한 인척이었던 자 사이에서는 혼인하지 못한다.
③ 6촌 이내의 양부모계(養父母系)의 혈족이었던 자와 4촌 이내의 양부모계의 인척이었던 자 사이에서는 혼인하지 못한다.」
이라 되어 있음을 본다

그렇다면 
겹사돈?
불법불허(不法不許)가 되는 것인데...???

시대는 
대한민국적 사회적 약속인 법과는 상관없는 방향으로
흘러가고 있음을 본다

그런데... 성경은
처음부터 근친결혼(近親結婚)을 허용(許容)하고 있음을 본다
오늘의 말씀에 나타난 것처럼

게다가 
형사취수법(兄死取嫂法)도 있으니...
대한민국의 민법과는 차이를 보이고 있음이 명백하다

어떤 유적학적 적용을 하는 이들을 보면
스페인의 왕족 (펠리페4세(1605-1655)+외삼촌간 마리아 안나(1634-1696))의 가계를 들어
첫째딸 마르가리타 마리아 테레사의 22세 나이로 요절, 둘째 아들 펠리페 프로스페로의 4세 사망, 셋째 아들 카를로스2세가 주걱턱+곱사등+7~8세까지 걷지 못함+ 정신질환을 앓았음을 증거로 반대하는 고려대의대 김한겸(병리학) 나흥식(생리학) 이지연 (병리학)의 도움을 받아 최송아 기자의 글에 따르면 그들의 모든 증상이 열성유전자때문었기 때문에... 라는 주장을 보는데...

그렇다면 의문이 나는 것이
성경에는 숫하게 장애를 지닌 존재들로 가득해야 하는데...
근친결혼허용국가(近親結婚許容國家)는 장애인으로 가득했어야 했는데... ???

나는 근친결혼찬성자(近親結婚贊成者)는 아니지만
기독인으로서 ...성경주의자(聖經主義者)로서
반대(反對)는 하지 않겠다는 마음을 갖는다

그것 보다도 나는 목회자가 ...기독인들이
적어도 만인제사장주의(萬人祭司長主義)를 인정한다면 레위인적이어야 한다 믿기에 
그렇다면 조석예배(朝夕禮拜)는 되지 못할지언정 조석기도(朝夕祈禱)는 해야 하겠다는 생각을 갖는다
