The footage was filmed close to Zarova Hill in the outskirts of Kobane, a village in northern Syria that has been the site of months of intense fighting between Kurdish forces and Daesh militants.
According to the Daily Mail, the video "appears to show two heavily armed militants wandering nonchalantly up to the Turkish border fence – displaying shocking bravado as they smile and wave at the camera.
"They are met by what appears to be a military vehicle full of security officials who, despite carrying weapons themselves, do little more than break into conversation with the jihadis, who eventually wander off back into Syria while shouting 'Allahu Akbar.'"
Russia has accused Turkey of doing business with Deash, saying Ankara is purchasing oil from the terror group and even supplying it with weapons, equipment and training.
The Russian Defense Ministry on Wednesday said its surveillance showed hundreds of tanker trucks gathering at Daesh-controlled sites in Iraq and Syria to load up with oil before crossing the border into Turkey.
