Position:
Engineering Sales Associate
Start Date:

Description:
·
Responsible in dealing with car camera and
current sensors to manufacturers, distributors and individuals
·
Demonstrates technical selling skills and
knowledge listed above
·
Develops annual business plan in conjunction
with Sales Manager, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year,
which will focus the Sales Associate on meeting or exceeding sales quota
·
Complete understanding of pricing and proposal
models
·
Maximizes all opportunities in the process of
closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.
·
Develops a database of qualified leads through
referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on distributors,
direct mail, email, and networking
·
Assists
in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
·
Creates and conducts effective proposal
presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects business problems, the
effects of the problems, and the solutions to their problems
·
Responsible for sourcing and developing client
relationships
Responsibilities:
·
Perform market analysis for the clients’
products including product marketability, competitor’s analysis, market
segments, distribution channels etc
·
Identify target companies with the collaboration
with each client and initiating and leveraging sales opportunities with the
existing and prospective customers
·
Plan and carry out direct marketing activities
including making cold-calls, emails, follow-ups, setting-up the initial
meetings, follow-up meetings, etc
·
Support, assist, and facilitate each meeting
with prospective customers
·
Provide assistance and support the company’s
trade shows and seminar/conference
·
Assist in writing and editing sales and
marketing materials which includes presentations, articles, brochures, product
information, website etc
·
Provide assistance and support to Sales Manager
for various marketing and administrative assignments
Internal/External Cooperation:
·
Maintain contact with all clients in the market
area to ensure high level of client satisfaction
·
Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate
with all company employees
·
Maintain professional internal and external
relationships that meet company core values
Requirements:
·
Experience
or training in marketing or sales preferred, but willing to make exception for
the right candidate
·
Experience in customer service or other
people-oriented fields desired
·
Excellent , polite and persuasive communication
skills and demonstrate excellence in customer service, phone skills and client
support
·
Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier
Relationship Management
·
Strong understanding of customer and market
dynamics and requirements
·
Must be sensitive to client’s needs and
requirements
·
Exceptional organizational and project management
skills
·
Must be a team player while having the ability
to work independently and self-driven projects
·
Well built skills in organization,
prioritization and time management with multi-tasking ability
·
Must be punctual and extremely reliable
·
Willingness to travel and work offsite
·
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
·
Creative writing skill is a must!
·
Native English speaker, the understanding of
Korean language is preferred
Working Conditions

Working days: 5 days per week

Working hours: 8 hours per day

Term of Contract: Full Time position
Qualifications:
·
Above Bachelor’s Degree
·
Major: No restriction but Electrical/Electronic
Engineering preferred.
·
Experience: Less than 5 years of Sales &
Marketing and Engineering in Electrical/Electronic field is preferred
·
Proficiency in MS Office
·
Bilingual – English/Korean preferred but not
mandatory
·
Travel: 10-20% within United States
