Praise the Lord!
How good to sing praises to our God!
How delightful and how fitting!

How 얼마나 good 좋은가 to sing 노래하기가 praises 찬미를 to our 우리의 God 하나님께!
How 얼마나 delightful 즐겁고 and how 얼마나 fitting 적절한가!

* How good (it is) to sing praises to our God! How delightful and how fitting (it is)!

1 Shout [praises] /to the Lord!
Our God is kind,
and it is right and good [to sing praises to him].

Our 우리의 God 하나님께서는 is kind 친절하시다,
and 그리고 it 그건 is right 올바르고 and good 좋다 [to sing 노래하는 것 praises 찬미를 to him 그분께].

* 구원을 받은 신자의 감사찬미는 올바르고 좋기도 하지만 구원을 베프신 하나님을 입술만으로도 기쁘시게 할 수 있다

The Lord is rebuilding [Jerusalem]
and bringing [the exiles] /back /to Israel.

and bringing 데려오신다 [the exiles 유배자들을] /back 다시 /to Israel 이스라엘로.

* 사형에 해당하는 우상숭배의 범죄를 저질러서 바벨론 포로로 귀양을 갔었는데 다시 데려오신다는 사실은

율법의 정의正義에는 반대인 자비법에 의거한 용서의 표시이므로 범죄 하여 타락한 신자에게 희망을 준다

2 The Lord rebuilds Jerusalem
and brings [the people of Israel] /back /home /again.

and heals [our bodies].

* 고된 하루를 보내고 집에와서 쉬고 잠자고 나면 몸도 마음도 상쾌해지는 것은 하나님께서 새롭게 해 주신 때문이고

우연히 자연적으로 치유된다고 하나 약을 발라도 하나님께서 고치시니 상처가 낫는 것이지 저절로 되는 것은 아니며

하나님께서는 기적적으로 누군가를 치유하시기도 하지만 대부분은 약이나 수술을 통하여 치유되도록 도와주시지만

누군가는 약을 써도 치유함을 받지 못해 죽기도 하므로 일률적으로 모든 것을 다 치유하지 않으시는 걸 알 수 있는데

기본적으로 죽었다가 되살려진 나사로도 늙으면 다시 죽어야 한다는 사실을 알면 진짜 치유는 영혼치유가 분명하다

His power is absolute!
His understanding is beyond comprehension!

provides [rain] /for the earth,

He sends his winds, and the ice thaws.

이스라엘로 하나님 왕국의 시민으로 삼으사 우상신을 섬기는 세상왕국들과 구별을 하셨지만

자기네 법/맘대로 함부로 막가는 다른 이방민족들은 주어도 받지 않을 것은 현대도 동일하나

오직 영접하는 이방인은 이스라엘 회중에서 하나님의 택자/시민으로 권리와 책임을 누리기에

반만년 역사를 자랑하는 이방의 한 족속인 한인역사에 인간법아닌 하나님의 법은 부재하지만

유교라는 인간법을 통하여 하나님 율법의 현실도 희미하나마 깨달을 수 있도록 도우셨다 보임

He has not done [this] /for any other nation;
they do not know [his regulations].
Praise the Lord!

they 그들은 do not know 모른다 [his 그분의 regulations 규칙을].
Praise 찬미하라 the Lord 주님을!

* 오직 이스라엘에게만 율법을 주셔서 모두가 법대로 살면 나라가 평화와 안정/안전을 누리겠지만

법을 깨면 무법천지가 되므로 법이 없거나 우상이나 주먹법으로 사는 이방족과 도찐개찐이 되는데

자유민주 법치국가에서도 다수가 법을 어기면 사회가 망하고 불법자도 처벌을 받아 자기도 망하나

법에 문제가 있다기 보다는 그 법을 지키지 않는 사람들 때문에 법이 깨지므로 사람도 같이 깨진다
