숙성년수를 표기하지 않는 제품도 많이 있습니다만..
그렇다고 그걸 숨기거나 하는 건 아닙니다. ^^

단지 레이블의 표기볍으로 그걸 대신하고 있을 뿐이죠.

발렌타인 같은 경우 6년산 스탠다드가 파이니스트,
12년산이 골드씰... 이런 식이죠.

잭다니엘의 경우는 4년 숙성으로 알고 있습니다.
하지만 문제는 저렇게 4년숙성 원액으로 블랜딩 후..
다시 재숙성을 3년간 한다더군요. --;

그래서 보통 등급을 나눌 때는..
12년산 프리미엄 위스키와 같은 급에 잭다니엘을 둡니다.

짐빔은 잭다니엘을 의식해 내놓은 잭 다니엘 키퍼라는 말이 있구요.
- 하지만 잭 다니엘 키퍼가 되기엔 그 존재가 너무 미미하죠.

화이트 레이블이 4년, 블랙 레이블이 8년입니다.

저는 발렌타인 파이니스티가 6년산으로 알고 있었거든요.역시 배움의 길은 멀고도 멀군요.
잭다니엘이 몇년산인지도 말이 많더라구요.짐빔두요.대체로 아메리카 위스키가 숙성 연도를 표시하지 않은게 많은거 같은데 특별한 이유가 있나요?
글구 제가 맥주 공부가 하고 싶거든요.에일이다 필스너다 너무 어려워서요.혹시 좋은 책이나 자료가 있음 소개 좀 시켜주세요.
