Be Saved by Obeying Faith until Death within Immanuel God

성경말씀: 스가랴 12~14장

Scripture Reading: Zechariah 12-14

본문에서 “하늘을 펴고 땅의 기초를 세웠으며 사람 안에 영혼을 지으신 여호와가 이스라엘에 경고하노라. 내가 예루살렘으로 주위의 모든 민족을 비틀거리게 하는 잔이 되게 하여 예루살렘과 유다가 포위되게 하리라. 천하 만국이 예루살렘을 치려고 모이는 날에 내가 예루살렘을 움직일 수 없는 바위가 되게 하여 옮기려는 자들이 모두 다치게 하리라. 그날에 내가 모든 민족의 말들이 놀라 눈멀게 하고 말탄 자들은 미치게 하며 유다 족속은 내가 보살피리라. 그때 유다의 지도자들이 전능하신 하나님 여호와로 말미암아 예루살렘 주민들이 강해졌다 하리라. 그날에 내가 유다 지도자들을 장작화로와 횃불이 되어 사방 모든 민족들을 삼키고 예루살렘은 그 자리에 남아있게 하리라(12:1-6)” 하였듯, 핍박과 고난은 임마누엘 하나님을 신뢰하며 맡기고 의지하며 순종하고 승리하는 믿음으로 인도하므로 철저하게 신뢰하며 순종해야 합니다.

For the persecution and suffering lead to a victorious faith in God, who is Emmanuel, and we must thoroughly believe and obey, as “The Lord, who stretches out the heavens, who lays the foundation of the earth, and who forms the spirit of man within him, declares: I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that sends all the surrounding peoples reeling. Judah will be besieged as well as Jerusalem. On that day, when all the nations of the earth are gathered against her, I will make Jerusalem an immovable rock for all the nations. All who try to move it will injure themselves. On that day I will strike every horse with panic and its rider with madness, declares the Lord. I will keep a watchful eye over the house of Judah, but I will blind all the horses of the nations (12:1-4)”

그러나, “여호와가 유다 장막을 먼저 구원하여 다윗의 집이나 예루살렘 주민의 영광이 유다의 영광보다 앞서지 못하게 하리라. 그날에 여호와가 예루살렘 사람들을 보호하여 가장 약한 자가 다윗 같고 다윗의 족속은 하나님이나 그들을 인도하는 여호와의 천사 같게 하리라. 그날에 예루살렘을 치려는 모든 나라들을 내가 멸망시키리라(12:7-9)” 하였듯, 하나님의 권세와 능력을 받을수록 맡은 직임이나 권세가 우상이 되지 않아야 죽기까지 겸손한 믿음을 지킬 수 있기 때문에, “내가 다윗과 예루살렘 사람들에게 은혜를 간구하는 심령을 부어주어 그들이 찌른 나를 바라보고 독자를 위하여 애통하듯 그를 위하여 애통하고 장자를 잃고 통곡하듯 그를 위하여 통곡하게 하리라(12:10)” 하였듯, 예수께서 전능하신 하나님의 능력을 버리고 십자가에 죽기까지 순종하는 본을 보이며 가르치셨습니다.

However, as people receive God’s authority and power, they must overcome the original sin of the flesh that makes them arrogant and obey until death, as “The Lord will save the dwellings of Judah first, so that the honor of the house of David and of Jerusalem’s inhabitants may not be greater than that of Judah. On that day the Lord will shield those who live in Jerusalem, so that the feeblest among them will be like David, and the house of David will be like God, like the Angel of the Lord going before them. On that day I will set out destroy all the nations that attack Jerusalem (12:7-9)” So, God came to the world as Jesus Christ and taught us by showing us an example of obedience even to the point of death on the cross, as “I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and supplication. They will look on me, the one they have pierced, and they will mourn for him as one mourns for an only child, and grieve bitterly for him as one grieves for a firstborn son (12:10)”

왜냐하면, 하나님의 언약을 신뢰하며 맡기고 순종해야만, “그날에 다윗의 족속과 예루살렘 주민들의 죄와 더러움을 씻는 샘이 열리리라. 그날에 내가 우상의 이름을 이 땅에서 끊어서 기억하지 못하게 하고 거짓 선지자와 더러운 영을 이 땅에서 쫓아내리라. 그래도 예언하는 자는 그가 예언할 때에 그의 부모가 네가 여호와의 이름으로 거짓말을 하니 살지 못하리라 하고 칼로 찌르리라(13:1-3)” 하셨듯, 성부와 성자와 성령께서 삼위일체 하나님으로 임하시고 모든 죄악을 몰아내고 씻어 주시며, 사탄과 거짓 선지자의 유혹에 속지 않고 물리치며 승리하는 믿음으로 거듭나기 때문입니다.

Because, when we trust in God’s covenant, entrust ourselves to Him and obey Him, God will come as the Trinity, drive out and cleanse us from all sin, and enable us to be reborn with a faith that overcomes and triumphs over the temptations of Satan and false shepherds, as “On that day a fountain will be opened to the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, to cleanse them from sin and impurity. On that day, I will banish the names of the idols from the land, and they will be remembered no more, declares the Lord Almighty. I will remove both the prophets and the spirit of impurity from the land. And if anyone still prophesies, his father and mother, to whom he was born, will say to him, ‘You must die, because you have told lies in the Lord’s name. When he prophesies, his own parents will stab him (13:1-3)”

그래야만, “그날에 선지자들이 예언한 환상을 부끄러워하고 사람을 속이려고 선지자의 털옷을 입지 아니하며, 나는 선지자가 아니고 어릴적부터 농사를 짓는 농부라 하리라. 어떤 사람이 그러면 네가 어찌하여 가슴에 상처를 입었느냐 물으면 나의 친구 집에서 받은 상처라(13:4-6)” 하였듯, 하나님의 섭리와 복음의 진리를 다 아는 것처럼 전하던 자신의 어리석은 교만을 깨닫고 회개하며 겸손하게 성령의 가르침을 따라 순종하게 됩니다

Then they will realize their foolish arrogance in preaching as if they knew all of God’s providence and the truth of the gospel, repent, and humbly obey the teachings of the Holy Spirit, as “On that day every prophet will be ashamed of his prophetic vision. He will not put on a prophet’s garment of hair in order to deceive. He will say, ‘I am not a prophet. I am a farmer; the land has been my livelihood since my youth. If someone asks him, ‘What are these wounds on your body? He will answer, ‘The wounds I was given at the house of my friends (13:4-6)”

그래서 “전능하신 여호와가 말하노라 칼아 깨어나서 나와 가까운 목자를 치라 그러면 양이 흩어지리니 어린양들에게 내 손을 돌리고 치리라. 온 땅에서 삼분의 이는 멸망하고 삼분의 일만 남으리라. 그 삼분의 일을 내가 불 가운데에 던지고 금은 같이 연단하고 시험하여 내 이름을 부르는 자들을 내가 듣고 내 백성이라 하며 그들은 여호와는 내 하나님이시라 하리라(13:7-9)” 하였듯, 고난으로 연단하며 올바른 믿음으로 양육하십니다.

So, God trains people of faith through hardship and nurtures them in the right faith, as “Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, against the man who is close to me. Declares the Lord Almighty. Strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered, and I will turn my hand against the little ones. In the whole land, declares the Lord, ‘two-thirds will be struck down and perish; yet one-third will be left in it. This third I will bring into the fire; I will refine them like silver and test them like gold. They will call on my name and I will answer them; I will say, ‘They are my people, and they will say, ‘The Lord is our God (13:7-9)”

그래서 “너희 재물이 약탈당하고 나누어지는 여호와의 날이 임하리라. 내가 만국을 예루살렘으로 모아 싸우게 하므로 성이 함락되고 가옥이 파괴되며 여자들은 겁탈당하고 백성들 절반이 사로잡혀 가겠으나 나머지 백성들은 데려가지 아니하리라. 그러면 여호와가 나아가 전쟁의 날에 싸운 것 같이 이방 민족들과 싸우리라(14:1-3)” 하였듯, 고난과 핍박으로 인도하시며 대신 싸우고 이기게 하시고, “그의 발이 예루살렘 동쪽 감람산에 서는 그날 감람산은 동서로 갈라져 산 절반은 북으로 절반은 남으로 옮겨져 매우 큰 골짜기가 되리라. 너희가 유다 왕 웃시야 때에 지진을 피하여 도망하던 것처럼 아셀까지 이어지는 그 산골짝으로 도망하면 나의 하나님 여호와께서 그의 모든 거룩한 자들과 함께 임하시리라(14:4-5)” 하였듯, 하나님께 피하고 의지하는 믿음으로 양육하십니다.

So, God leads His people through hardship and persecution, and helps them to fight and win, as “A day of the Lord is coming when your plunder will be divided among you. I will gather all the nations to Jerusalem to fight against it; the city will be captured, the houses ransacked, and the women raped. Half of the city will go into exile, but the rest of the people will not be taken from the city. Then the Lord will go out and fight against those nations, as he fights in the day of battle (14:1-3)” And God raises us with faith that seeks, relies on, and obeys him, as “On that day his feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, east of Jerusalem, and the Mount of Olives will be split in two from east to west, forming a great valley, with half of the mountain moving north and half moving south. You will flee by my mountain valley, for it will extend to Azel. You will flee as you fled from the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah. Then the Lord my God will come, and all the holy ones with him (14:4-5)”

그리고 “그 날에는 빛이나 추위나 서리도 없으리라. 그날은 낮도 없고 밤도 없으며 여호와께서 아시는 특별한 날로서 저녁이 되면 빛이 있으리라. 그날에 예루살렘에서 생명수가 솟아나 여름이나 겨울이나 절반은 동해로, 절반은 서해로 흐르리라. 그날에는 홀로 하나이신 여호와가 온 세상의 왕이 되고 그의 이름만 경배하리라. 북쪽 게바에서 예루살렘 남쪽 림몬까지 온 땅이 아라바와 같이 되고 예루살렘은 베냐민 문에서 첫 문과 성 모퉁이 문까지 하나넬 망대에서부터 왕의 포도주 짜는 곳까지 높이 들리며, 견고한 예루살렘에 사람들이 평안히 살며 다시는 멸망하지 아니하리라(14:6-11)” 하였듯, 하나님의 나라와 의가 되는 백성과 자녀가 되게 하십니다.

And He makes us His children and people who achieve the kingdom of God and righteousness, as “On that day there will be no light, no cold or frost. It will be a unique day, without daytime or nighttime-a day known to the Lord. When evening comes, there will be light. On that day living water will flow out from Jerusalem, half to the eastern sea and half to the western sea, in summer and in winter. The Lord will be king over the whole earth. On that day there will be one Lord, and his name the only name. The whole land, from Geba to Rimmon, south of Jerusalem, will become like the Arabah. But Jerusalem will be raised up and remain in its place, from the Benjamin Gate to the site of the First Gate, to the Corner Gate, and from the Tower of Hananel to the royal winepresses. It will be inhabited; never again will it be destroyed. Jerusalem will be secure (14:6-11)”

그러나 “여호와가 예루살렘을 치는 모든 백성들에게 서있을 동안에 살이 썩고 눈동자가 썩으며 혀가 썩는 재앙을 내리리라. 그날에 여호와의 공격으로 공포에 빠진 그들이 서로서로 붙잡고 치리라. 유다도 예루살렘에서 싸우며 주위의 모든 민족들의 금은 보화와 의복을 아주 많이 거두리라. 그들의 진영에 있는 말과 노새와 낙타와 나귀와 모든 짐승들도 똑같은 전염병에 걸리리라(14:12-15)” 하였듯, 하나님의 백성 믿음의 사람들을 핍박하는 나라나 민족은 반드시 멸망으로 심판하십니다.

Instead, the nations and peoples that persecute God’s people of faith will surely be judged by destruction, as “This is the plague with which the Lord will strike all the nations that fought against Jerusalem: Their flesh will rot while they are still standing on their feet, their eyes will rot in their sockets, and their tongues will rot in their mouths. On that day men will be stricken by the Lord with great panic. Each man will seize the hand of another, and they will attack each other. Judah too will fight at Jerusalem. The wealth of all the surrounding nations will be collected-great quantities of gold and silver and clothing. A similar plague will strike the horses and mules, the camels and donkeys, and all the animals in those camps (14:12-15)”

그러나 “예루살렘을 치러 왔던 민족들 가운데 살아남은 자들이 해마다 올라와서 그들의 왕 전능하신 여호와를 경배하며 초막절을 지키리라. 땅에 있는 백성 중에 그들의 왕 전능하신 여호와께 경배하러 예루살렘에 올라오지 않는 자들에게는 비를 내리지 아니하리라. 만일 애굽 족속이 올라오지 아니하면 비를 내리지 않고 여호와께서 초막절을 지키러 올라오지 않는 이방 나라들에 내리는 재앙을 내리리라. 애굽 사람이나 어느 나라 사람이나 초막절을 지키러 올라오지 아니하면 모두가 벌을 받으리라. 그날에는 여호와의 전에 있는 모든 솥이 제단 앞에 있는 거룩한 그릇들과 다름이 없고 말 방울에도 여호와께 성결이라 새기리라(14:16-20)” 하셨듯, 하나님께 돌아오는 나라나 민족은 차별하지 않고 기쁘게 영접하시고 그리스도의 대속과 구원으로 인도하십니다. 그러므로 형제자매 여러분, 복음의 진리를 올바로 알고 임마누엘 하나님의 은혜 안에서 죽기까지 순종하여 구원과 영생 얻기를 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 간절히 기도하며 축복합니다. 아멘.

However, if anyone realizes this while being judged, and repents, and returns to God, He is a God of love and forgiveness who welcomes them without discrimination and leads them to Christ’s redemption and salvation, as “Then the survivors from all the nations that have attacked Jerusalem will go up year after year to worship the King, the Lord Almighty, and to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles. If any of the peoples of the earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord Almighty, they will have no rain. If the Egyptian people do not go up and take part, they will have no rain. The Lord will bring on them the plague he inflicts on the nations that do not go up to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles. This will be the punishment of Egypt and the punishment of all the nations that do not go up to celebrate the Feast of tabernacles. On that day HOLY TO THE LORD will be inscribed on the bells of the horses, and the cooking pots in the Lord’s houses, and the cooking pots in the Lord’s house will be like the sacred bowls in front of the altar (14:16-20)” Dear brothers and sisters, I pray earnestly in the name of Jesus Christ that you may correctly understand the truth of the gospel and obey God Immanuel until death, thereby obtaining salvation and eternal life all. Amen.
