When I first started free-weight training, I struggled with bad form and didn't feel any muscle growth, which made me want to give up. However, I knew that exercises like the bench press, deadlift, and squat were necessary for real progress. I kept practicing even when it was hard, starting with just a 20kg bar, and eventually, I was able to lift over 80kg. This experience taught me that the first difficult stage is actually a necessary part of getting stronger. I learned that in any task, staying consistent and not giving up is the best way to achieve great results and grow as a person.
