Product : Light Blend Crude Oil / AZERI Light

Origin :    Azerbaijan

Specification : As attached.

Quantity for the trial shipment : 2,000,000 barrels

Quantity : 6,000,000 barrels per month x 12 months

Price :       CIF main port in China/CIF ASWP at Brent minus $5/barrel with the average of the three

                  (3) days around the date of discharge at destination port.

Payment : DL/C

Performance bond : 2%

Inspection : SGS

Transaction Procedures :

1). Buyer issues LOI to seller.

2). Seller issues draft contract (SPA) open for amendments

3). Both sides negotiate and finally sign the SPA

4). After SPA is signed, Seller provides RWA Letter (Ready,Willing and Able letter message)
from the DL/C receiving bank to state that (1).seller bank account is capable to receive DL/C
from buyer and (2).seller is going to issue PB after getting RWA from buyer bank .
(3) Seller will provide past performance record after MT799

This RWA letter could be a Swift message sent from seller bank by MT199/MT799, or could be
an official email message from seller bank officer to buyer bank officer, or could be a
Letterhead file from the seller bank, sent to buyer by email through seller to buyer.

5). Buyer bank issues Pre-Advice DL/C by MT799 to seller

6). Seller bank replies to buyer bank with MT799 to confirm‎ that seller account is ready to
receive the DL/C and seller will issue PB after getting DL/C MT760 from buyer
And the Seller provides past performance record

7). Buyer bank makes the DL/C operative via MT760 to seller nominated account

8). Seller bank issues official PB to buyer nominated account

9). Seller commence shipment to buyer destination port

10). Buyer conduct Quantity & Quality inspection by CIQ at the buyer’s port .

11). Buyer pays 100% of shipment value by TT/MT103 to seller bank account.

12). Next shipment as Scheduled in the SPA.

Commission for you and me : US$0.50/barrel to be paid by the seller.
