SOFT CORPORATE  OFFER FOR  HIGH ACID CRUDE PALM OIL(HACPO)

  ( Ref No.: 080/QUOTE-SDS/XI/2023 dated 22nd November, 2023)

Further to our correspondence earlier , herewith we would like to give you our detailed best quotation as follows :

1.  Commodity :           High Acid Crude Palm Oil (HACPO)

2. Specification :          Free Fatty Acid : Max.30% (COA attached)

3. Origin :                    Indonesia

4. Port of Loading :     - Panjang Port - Lampung, Southern Sumatra &

                                   - Talang Duku Port, Jambi East Sumatra – Indonesia

5. Quantity :                Each Port 10,000 Metric Ton / Monthly 

                                   Total 20,000 Metric Ton from 2 Ports

6. Packing :                 In flexibag

7. Shipment :              Starting December 2023 ( Twice a month / port ) 

8. Price :                     USD 690 per metric ton  FOB  ( according to Incoterm 2022)

                                   USD730 per metric ton   CIF Lianyungang Port, China or  Kwangyang Port, Korean 

9. Payment:                By LC at sight 100%

10. Procedure to close this deal 

       1. Buyer must issue Purchase Order.

       2. Draft contract issued by seller against PO.

       3  Before final contract, buyer issue draft LC.

       4. After LC approved and received, seller will issue Letter of Confirmation within 7-10 working days.

       5. Sellers’ Letter of Confirmation will set the date when product is ready at factory

       6. Loading will take monthly base in partial  from 2 locations.

       7. Buyer must delegates Quality Control at factory & port.

       8. Free Export Taxes for PAO / HA CPO.

       9. Including Insurance, freight, flexi bag + containers, seal, telex, trucking,

          custom clearance fee, quality control handling in factory & port, miscellaneous fees.
