We are pleased   to issue our  SCO   for  White Sesame Seeds    from reliable and verified Supplier  as  below ;

 SOFT CORPORATE OFFER

(Reference No. : DK-SESAMESEEDS- 20240412- EGT  Dated : 26th April, 2024)

Herewith we would like to give you our detailed SOFT CORPORATE OFFER as follows :

A. COMMODITY, QUANTITY AND SHIPMENT DETAILS :

1. Commodity :         SESAME SEEDS WHITE  

2. Specification :       As per  attached COA

2. Origin :                 Egyptian Origin

3. Port of Loading :  Alexandra Port/ Portsaid Port, Egypt 

4. Quantity :             4,000 mt per annum  as per buyer's request

5. Packing :              50kgs in Bag 

6. Shipment :           Shipped by Container

7. Payment :             100% DLC at sight, confirmed  from top 10 ranking  world bank

8. Price :                    USD 1,550~1,600/mt  CIF Tianjin Port, China

9. Validity:                  Subject to our reconfirmation

B. Procedure

1. Buyer must issue LOI  after  this SCO  in order to  get  FCO directly from  End Seller 

2. Buyer  will  issue ICPO   after FCO

3. Draft contract issued by seller after receiving ICPO from buyer.

   -- at same  time,  NCND/IMFPA   will be  signed  among all parties  concerned-

3. After final contract signed,   Seller will issue Proforma invoice  for Buyer's LC Opening.

4. After receiving  LC  through Bank, Seller will issue Letter of Confirmation within 7-10 working days.

5. Sellers’ Letter of Confirmation will set the date when product is ready at port.

6. Inspection by 3rd part inspector before loading and shipment

7.  Shipment  and Payment 

Please  review and confirm‎  by return  so that we can issue FCO   without  any delay
