8. Order Processing Lead Time:      7-10 Days Maximum (Shipping time will be added in the total delivery time)

9. Price:                                    -- USD 770/MT  CIF   for  LC AT SIGHT PAYMENT

                                              -- USD 700/MT  CIF   for  T/T Payment   ( 30% in advance  :70%  before Loading )

                                                ** Above price included  commission of usd 10/mt  for you

10. Inspection :                          Inspection at Loading port will be done by SGS or equivalent as final.
                                              and this shall be a conclusive judgment of the quality of the goods

11. Retention of Title:                 The Seller shall retain the FULL OWNERSHIP CLEAR TITLE of his goods until after the Full

                                             payment is paid to a nominated account of the Seller’s choice.

12. Payment Conditions:             100% by an  Irrevocable Transferable  Confirmed Documentary LC at sight 

                                             or   

                                             By T/T Payment  ( 30% in advance :70% before Loading )

13. Shipping Documents:

      • Commercial Invoices (3 originals and 3 copies)

     • Packing Lists (per shipment where Applicable)

      • Reports of QUALITY /QUANTITY analysis issued

      • Bill of Lading 3 originals

      • Seller’s Shipment Advises (1-Original)

      • Phytosanitary Certificate
