“You will rest” means the soul of Daniel after death shall arrive to the Paradise and his soul shall rest there. “At the end of days” means the beginning of the second half of one ‘seven’, maybe c.AD 10,736.5, and “you will rise” means Daniel shall participate in the 1st resurrection to (for) the eternal life, and ‘to receive your allotted inheritance’ means that Jesus Christ will give reward to Daniel according to what Daniel had done such as Daniel prophesied and recorded in <Daniel> and Daniel led many to righteousness like the stars. It also means he will reign with Jesus Christ over ‘The Thousand Years’ and continue to live in ‘New Jerusalem’ forever and ever.
