사도행전23:12-35 바울 암살 계획

행23:12

온 힘을 다해 통나무를 나르고 있는데, 방주를 짓고 있는지 바벨탑을 짓고 있는지 모를 수 있습니다. 열정과 속도와 팀워크가 탁월하고 거창해도 방향이 중요한 이유입니다. 방향을 잃었다면 멈추어서 사명을 주신 주인의 뜻을 다시 살펴야 합니다. 방향이 틀렸다면 간 거리만큼 되돌아와야 한다고. 세상은 간교하고 잔인합니다. 자신의 목적을 위해, 옳다고 믿는 명분을 위해 자기 목숨을 걸기도 합니다.

They are carrying logs with all their might, but they might not know if they are building an ark or a tower of Babel. That's why direction matters even if your passion, speed, and teamwork are outstanding and grand. If you get lost, you must stop and reexamine the will of the owner who gave you the mission. If you get in the wrong direction, you must return as long as the distance has gone. The world is cunning and cruel. 그러나 그 목적이 거의 하나님의 목적과 어긋나기에 문제가 됩니다. 그래서 그리스도인다운 삶에는 늘 위태로움이 뒤따릅니다. 유대인들은 나무에 달려 죽은 예수를 메시아로 전하는 바울을 용서할 수가 없었습니다. 그를 죽이는 것이 하나님을 위한 길이라고 여기고, 그를 제거하기까지는 식음을 전폐하겠다고 다짐하는 이가 40명이나 나왔습니다. 물론 나름으로는 하나님을 위한 열정이고 율법을 수호하기 위한 결의입니다. 미치겠습니다.

그들의 바르지 못한 지식과 분별력이 없는 순수함은 사단의 손쉬운 먹잇감이 되고, 자기에게 사로잡힌 인간은 항상 선한 의도로 불의한 과정을 정당화할 수 있으니 조심해야 할 것입니다. “바울을 죽이기 전에는 먹지도, 마시지도 않겠다. “는 유대인들의 비장한 맹세와 용의주도한 실행 계획도 “담대하라 로마에도 증언하여야 하리라”하신 하나님의 약속 앞에서는 무력했습니다.

Their poor knowledge and lack of discernment make them easy prey for the division, and humans who are obsessed with them should be careful, as they can always justify wrongful processes with good intentions. "I will not eat or drink Paul until I kill him," said the Jews' solemn vows and charismatic action plans, which were also powerless in the face of God's promise to "be bold and testify to Rome."

바울의 생질에게 전모가 발각되게 하셔서 바울이 천부 장을 통해 보호 받게 하시고 총독 관저가 있는 가이사랴로 안전하게 이송 될 수 있도록 하신 하나님을 찬양합니다. 로마로 가는 길을 친히 열어주신 주님을 송축하나이다. 하나님은 이름 모를 바울의 생질을 통해서도 당신의 일을 진행하십니다. 바울의 생질은 우리가 기억하기 힘든 하나님 나라의 조연 자이지만, 그는 꼭 그때 거기서 필요했던 하나님의 종입니다.

I praise God for allowing Paul's birthplace to be discovered in full, allowing him to be protected through the commandment of heaven, and to be transferred safely to Gaisaria, where the governor-general's residence is located. 또한 정당한 공권력을 통해서도 하나님은 일하십니다. 천부장의 신중하고도 정확한 판단과 합리적인 일처리로 바울은 안전하게 가이사랴까지 호송합니다. 어둠은 속성상 빛을 싫어한다고 생각합니다. 여기 어둠이 어둠의 방법으로 또 하나의 어둠을 생산해 내고 있습니다. 누가는 백부장 두 명에게 야밤에 출발할 경비대를 준비하라는 천부장의 지시를 언급한 후 여섯 절을 할애해 천부장이 벨릭스 총독에게 보내는 편지의 내용을 기록합니다(25-30)

해가 저물고 밤 9시 경(제 삼시) 예루살렘을 출발한 경비 대는 다음 날 아침 안디바드리에 도착한 것으로 보입니다. 가이사랴에 도착한 기병은 바울을 안전하게 총독 벨릭스에게 넘겨주었고 천부장의 서신도 함께 전달해주었습니다. 천부장의 편지를 읽은 벨릭스는 바울에게 로마제국의 어느 출신 인지를 물었습니다. 요새로치면 미란다 원칙같은 것입니다.
The guards appear to have arrived at Andibadri the following morning after leaving Jerusalem at around 9 p.m. (Thursday). 벨릭스는 바울을 기소한 고소인들이 도착하면 공식적으로 다루겠다고 말한 후 바울을 구금시켰습니다. 결국 바울이 가이사랴에 도착하는 것으로 하나님의 뜻이 성취됩니다. 모든 악의 도모를 복음의 승리에 사용하시는 하나님의 지혜와 권능을 찬양할 뿐입니다. 내 잘못을 은폐하거나 조작한 일이 무엇인가? 내 전부를 걸고 지키려는 것이 무엇인가?

Belix detained Paul after saying he would officially deal with the accusers who prosecuted him when they arrived. Eventually, God's will is fulfilled by Paul's arrival in Isaiah. 테러의 위협을 아시고 로마의 보병과 마병의 호송 가운데 철벽같은 로마의 문을 여신 하나님을 찬양합니다.  삶의 모든 순간, 고비마다 곁에 오셔서 위로하시고 소망을 주시니 감사합니다. 험악한 세상 가운데 살지만 하나님의 위로와 보호를 기대하며 사는 하루가 되게 하옵소서.

Knowing the threat of terrorism, I praise God, the goddess, for the iron wall of Rome's door in the midst of the convoy of infantry and horsemen in Rome. Thank you for coming by and comforting me and giving me hope in every moment of life and in every crisis. Let it be a day of living in a harsh world, but expecting God's comfort and protection.
