No, O people, the Lord has told you [what is good], and this is [what he requires of you]:

 to do what is right, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.

He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you?

what does the Lord require of you? 독립문이기에 질문하는 내용; 무엇을 원하시느냐?
what he requires of you 목적으로 쓰인 명사절이기에 '그분께서 네게서 원하시는 그것'
의문문은 의문에 쓰이는 조동사가 쓰여 의문문 어순의 의문문을 만드나
의문사절은 평사문 어순으로 쓰여 종속절 역할을 한다

여기서 else 는 후치수식 형용사 역할임
회화로 쓰이면 what else is there? 그것말고 뭣좀 다른거 없냐 의미가 된다

정의구현을 해야 하는건 나의 일이지만
내가 상대에게 요구할 수 있는건 아니라는 것이
바로 To love mercy 때문이라 보는건
상대방에게 자비를 베풀라는 것이기에
자비는 사랑구현이지 정의구현은 아니기 때문이다
