The second day of our three-day, two-night journey in Taean.

We arrived in Taean yesterday afternoon and spent our first night here. Today, we shared a truly long and eventful day from morning until evening.

Starting at Heungjusa Temple, we continued to Buseoksa Temple, Haemieupseong Fortress, and finally Mallipo Beach. In just one day, we experienced many different sides of Korea—its Buddhist culture, history and traditions, as well as its beautiful coast and modern life.

And after such a long day, there was no better way to finish than with good food! 😄

For dinner, we enjoyed Korean barbecue and somaek, the popular Korean combination of soju and beer. 🥩🍺

As we grilled the meat, shared a few drinks, and talked about everything we had experienced throughout the day, the laughter never seemed to stop.

After dinner, it was time to say goodbye to the friends who had shared this wonderful day with us.

Martinho seemed especially sad that it was time to part. In the end, there were even tears…. ㅠㅠ
One hug, another hug, and then another….

I honestly lost count of how many times we hugged! 😂

Tomorrow morning, we will leave Taean from the bus terminal. Our three-day journey is not quite over yet, but the laughter, friendship, and warmth we shared today have already become precious memories.

From Heungjusa to Buseoksa,
from Haemieupseong to Mallipo,
and at the end of this long day—Korean barbecue, somaek, laughter, and countless hugs….

O segundo dia da nossa viagem de três dias e duas noites por Taean.

Chegamos a Taean ontem à tarde e passamos aqui nossa primeira noite. Hoje tivemos um dia realmente longo e cheio de experiências, desde a manhã até a noite.

Começamos pelo Templo Heungjusa, seguimos para o Templo Buseoksa, depois para a Fortaleza de Haemieupseong e, finalmente, para a Praia de Mallipo. Em apenas um dia, conhecemos diferentes faces da Coreia — sua cultura budista, sua história e tradições, além do belo litoral e da Coreia dos dias de hoje.

E depois de um dia tão longo, nada melhor do que terminar com boa comida! 😄

No jantar, desfrutamos de um churrasco coreano acompanhado de somaek, a popular mistura coreana de soju com cerveja. 🥩🍺

Enquanto assávamos a carne, tomávamos alguns copos e relembrávamos tudo o que havíamos vivido durante o dia, as risadas pareciam não ter fim.

Depois do jantar, chegou o momento de nos despedirmos dos amigos que compartilharam conosco esse dia tão especial.

Martinho parecia especialmente triste com a despedida. No final, até lágrimas apareceram…. ㅠㅠ
Um abraço, mais um abraço e depois outro….

Sinceramente, perdi a conta de quantos abraços foram! 😂

Amanhã pela manhã, deixaremos Taean pelo terminal rodoviário. Nossa viagem de três dias ainda não terminou completamente, mas as risadas, a amizade e o carinho que compartilhamos hoje já se transformaram em lembranças preciosas.

e no final deste longo dia — churrasco coreano, somaek, muitas risadas e abraços sem fim….

2026. 8. 8. (토) | 태안

2박 3일 태안 여정의 둘째 날.

어제 오후 태안에 도착해 첫날밤을 보내고, 오늘은 아침부터 정말 길고도 다채로운 하루를 함께했다.

흥주사에서 시작하여 부석사, 해미읍성을 거쳐 만리포까지.
한국의 불교문화와 역사, 전통, 그리고 바다와 현대의 모습까지 하루 동안 서로 다른 한국을 경험했다.

그리고 긴 하루의 마지막은 역시 먹는 즐거움! 😄
저녁에는 한국식 바비큐를 구워 먹으며 **소주와 맥주를 섞은 한국식 ‘소맥’**도 함께했다. 🥩🍺

맛있는 음식과 술 한잔, 그리고 하루 동안 있었던 일들을 이야기하다 보니 웃음이 끊이지 않는다.

식사를 마친 뒤에는 오늘 함께해 주신 분들과 먼저 아쉬운 작별 인사를 나누었다.

특히 마르치노는 헤어지는 것이 많이 아쉬웠는지 결국 눈물까지…. ㅠㅠ
한 번 포옹하고, 또 포옹하고, 다시 포옹하고….
도대체 몇 번을 안는 건지. 😂

내일 오전이면 태안버스터미널에서 이곳을 떠난다.
아직 2박 3일의 여정이 완전히 끝난 것은 아니지만, 오늘 하루를 함께했던 사람들과 나눈 웃음과 정(情)은 벌써 오래 기억될 추억이 되었다.
