1) Assist sales administration
2) Customer service handling (080 전화 수신)
3) Internet 가격동향 확인 및 감시
Reauirements
1) MS WORD ,EXCEL, POWER POINT, MS 웹브라우저 등 PC 운영 중급기능
2) 고객지향적 서비스 마인드
3) 휴학생이나 야간대학생/대학원생
Management Assistant
(회장님실에서 각종 회의/미팅 준비)
Working hours: 08:30h-17:30h (1hour lunch time included)
Salary: KRW 1.2 million/month (Gross)
Duration: 6 months
Education: High school
Main Duties:
- BiK/BKL Meeting set-up/preparation (beverages, refreshments, lunch boxes): 50%
- Daily beverage service to meeting participants/visitors : 20%
- To organize the Management Canteen
- Stock control: beverages, office supplies
- To organize mgmt meeting rooms (BHC Grand & Mgmt Boardroom)
: regular check-up on meeting facilities, cleaning condition, meeting stationery, etc.
- Phone answering mainly during sectary's absence
- Delivery of signed vouchers to each department whenever necessary
- Pick up/distribute the newspaper & incoming/outgoing mails, faxes
