광물 Offer of Coppercathode from Chile by Origin

This is the mail from the client of Chile, I send it to you, all condition is the same.





Copper Cathode



First we would like you know about the deal of copper cathode, the factory and I will first deposit 10% as risk money, then we get this order from the cable factory. In this case, the factory don’t demand many documents those shouw the ability to supply such as POP, also they will not provide some files such as pre-advice, the letter from the Bank.

Pls first confirm‎ the following, and confirm‎ the supplier accept it or not?

1， Origin

2， Specification

3， Procedure

1），The supplier confirm‎ the term and condition of this mail.

2），We provide BCL&LOI, also provide the form of SBLC.

3），Both parties sign contract.

4），The supplier provide 3% PB in the form of SBLC.

4，Price: CIF ***** $/MT main port, China ( Pls tell us including your commission or not?)

5，Quantity: First a trial shipment. It can be several hundrends----1000MT.( It will be determined by the supply ability).

6，Payment: we can issue SBLC. The payment will be effected after inspection at the unloading port( it is the condition from the factory). Also the PB shpuld be issued prior to the SBLC.
