에베소서5장 말씀입니다.

[사랑하는 나의 가족]

[바이블 애플] KJV 흠정역 에베소서5장

1. 그러므로 너희는 사랑스런 자녀로서 [하나님]을 따르는 자가 되고

Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children;

2. 그리스도께서 우리를 사랑하사 우리를 위해 자신을 향기로운 헌물과 희생물로 [하나님]께 드리신 것 같이 사랑

    안에서 걸으라.

And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.

3. 오직 음행과 모든 부정한 것과 탐욕은 너희 가운데서 한 번이라도 그 이름조차 부르지 말라. 그것이 성도에게

    합당하니라.

But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;

4. 또한 추잡한 것이나 어리석은 이야기나 희롱하는 말도 적합하지 아니하니 오히려 감사하는 말을 하라.

Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.

5. 너희가 이것을 알거니와 음행을 일삼는 자나 부정한 자나 탐욕을 부리는 자 곧 우상 숭배자는 결코 그리스도와

    [하나님]의 왕국에서 아무 상속 유업도 받지 못하느니라.

For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.

6. 아무도 헛된 말들로 너희를 속이지 못하게 하라. 이것들로 인하여 [하나님]의 진노가 불순종의 자녀들에게 임하나니

Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. 

7. 그러므로 너희는 그들과 함께 참여하는 자가 되지 말라.

Be not ye therefore partakers with them.

8. 너희가 한 때는 어둠이었으나 이제는 [주] 안에서 빛이니 빛의 자녀들로서 걸으라.

For ye were sometimes darkness, but now [are ye] light in the Lord: walk as children of light:

9. ([성령]의 열매는 모든 선함과 의와 진리 안에 있느니라.)

the fruit of the Spirit [is] in all goodness and righteousness and truth;

10. [주]께서 받으실 만한 것이 무엇인지 입증하라.

Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.

11. 열매 없는 어둠의 일들에 참여하지 말고 도리어 그것들을 책망하라.

And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove [them].

12. 그들이 은밀한 중에 행하는 그것들은 말하는 것조차 수치니라.

For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.

13. 그러나 책망을 받는 모든 것은 빛으로 말미암아 밝히 드러나게 되나니 무엇이든지 밝히 드러나게 하는 것은 다

      빛이니라.

But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light. 

14. 그러므로 그분께서 이르시기를, 너 잠자는 자여, 깨어서 죽은 자들로부터 일어나라. 그리스도께서 네게 빛을

      주시리라, 하시느니라.

Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. 

15. 그런즉 너희는 주의하여 어리석은 자가 아니라 지혜로운 자로서 조심스럽게 걸어

See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,

16. 시간을 되찾으라. 날들이 악하니라.

Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

17. 그러므로 너희는 지혜 없는 자가 되지 말고 오직 [주]의 뜻이 무엇인지 이해하라.

Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord [is].

18. 술 취하지 말라. 거기에는 과도함이 있나니 오직 [성령]으로 충만하라.

And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;

19. 시와 찬송가와 영적 노래로 너희 자신에게 말하며 너희 마음속에서 [주]께 노래하고 선율을 만들며

Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;

20. 모든 일로 인해 우리 [주] 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 항상 [아버지] [하나님]께 감사하고

Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

21. [하나님]을 두려워하는 가운데 서로에게 복종하라.

Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.

22. 아내들아, 너희 남편에게 복종하기를 [주]께 하듯 하라.

Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.

23. 이는 남편이 아내의 머리 됨이 그리스도께서 교회의 머리 되심과 같기 때문이라. 그분은 그 몸의 구원자시니라.

For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.

24. 그러므로 교회가 그리스도께 복종하듯 아내들도 모든 일에서 자기 남편에게 복종할지니라.

Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so [let] the wives [be] to their own husbands in every thing.

25. 남편들아, 너희 아내 사랑하기를 그리스도께서 교회를 사랑하사 교회를 위하여 자신을 주신 것 같이 하라.

Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

26. 이것은 그분께서 말씀을 통해 물로 씻음으로 교회를 거룩히 구별하고 정결하게 하려 하심이요

That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

27. 또 그것을 점이나 주름이나 그런 것이 없는 영광스런 교회로 자기를 위해 제시하려 하심이며 교회가 거룩하고 흠이

      없게 하려 하심이라.

That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

28.이와 같이 남자들도 마땅히 자기 아내를 자기 몸같이 사랑할지니 자기 아내를 사랑하는 자는 자기를 사랑하느니라.

So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.

29. 지금까지 아무도 자기 육체를 미워한 적이 없고 오히려 그것을 양육하고 소중히 여기기를 [주]께서 교회에게 하신

      것 같이 하나니

For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:

30. 우리는 그분의 몸과 그분의 살과 그분의 뼈들에 속한 지체들이니라.

For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.

31. 이런 까닭에 남자가 자기 아버지와 어머니를 떠나 자기 아내와 결합하여 그들 둘이 한 육체가 될지니라.

For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.

32. 이것은 큰 신비라. 그러나 내가 그리스도와 교회에 대하여 말하노라.

This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

33. 그럼에도 불구하고 너희 모두가 자기를 사랑하듯 개별적으로 자기 아내를 사랑하고 아내도 주의하여 자기 남편을

      존경할지니라.

Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife [see] that she reverence [her] husband.
