Spanish prefered. - Experience in designing programs and procedures that control, eliminate, and prevent injuries/illnesses and environmental incidents.- Extensive working knowledge of state and federal laws/regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, DOT).- Familiarity with hazardous materials, related regulations and NIOSH standards.- Working knowledge of OHSAS 45001 and ISO 14001.- Strong preference for experience at a semiconductor manufacturing (FAB) facility.- Strong preference for experience in electrical substation construction and commissioning. - Experience dealing with federal, state and local regulatory agencies.- Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
