Price:                      <span style="color: #111111;">LME x 75% x Cu% (negotiable) </span> (Net price or Formula).</span></p><p><span style="color: #000000;"> </span></p><p><span style="color: #000000;">10.Payment:               *P<span style="color: #111111;">ayment by L/C from China is not acceptable that there were issues on it in the past.</span></span></p><p style="text-align: start;"><span data-ke-size="size18"> </span></p><p style="text-align: start;"><span data-ke-size="size18"> The payment terms are the followed:</span></p><p style="text-align: start;"><b>*Payment N0.1 "Simple T/T (Bank Transfer)":</b> </p><p style="text-align: start;">A symbolic amount agreed upon by both parties is required to reserve each container, with the remainder due upon receipt of the copy via email of the shipping documents via bank transfer (T/T). </p><p style="text-align: start;">You can tell us what amount you feel comfortable with as a reservation for each container (We usually close contracts with around two thousand dollars so that it at least covers the costs of maritime freight, </p><p style="text-align: start;">but we are willing to negotiate it with you), this is the simplest option. We can also accept that the reservation of the initial container (Sample) be paid via Paypal, </p><p style="text-align: start;">in this way Paypal does not release the container reservation amount to us until you tell Paypal that the shipment has been made with our shipping documents.</p><p style="text-align: start;"><b> </b></p><p style="text-align: start;"><b>*Payment N0.2 (Payment Guarantee):</b> Before loading at the Mexican port, your bank must issue an Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) subject to URDG 758 rules, </p><p style="text-align: start;">for the total value of the shipment. The SBLC will only be executed in the event of non-payment.
