저는 현재 Humana Medicare DMS team 에서 Licensed Sales Agent로 근무 중입니다.

금년도 2nd QT부터 Korean concierge / CS 부문과 함께 한국인 대상 business를 확대함에 따라 Unlicensed Agent 채용 소식이 있어, 공유하려 합니다.

*지역이 Phoenix, AZ로 표기되어 있으나 본 직무는 100% 재택근무로, 시카고에서도 근무 가능합니다.

*통상 기존 License 보유자만 채용했던 것과 달리, 본 직무는 Bilingual Korean 을 대상으로 특별히 License 없는 분들도 Humana에서 채용 후 미국내 50개주의 모든 License 취득을 무상지원합니다.

* 30~60일 가량 Internal training / nesting 후 실무 투입됩니다.

* 직무수행간 70% 이상 영어를 사용하고, 30%는 한국어를 사용하게 됩니다.
  (Percentage는 대략적인 수치이므로 참고 바랍니다.)

Description

Are you passionate about the Medicare population, looking for an opportunity to work in sales from your own home, and wanting the ability to directly impact your own income potential? Responsibilities

In this position, you will work independently to achieve sales goals to maximize Humana’s growth while retaining current membership.  Our Inside Sales Agents have a passion for assisting people, especially Medicare consumers, to provide the best healthcare benefit options to meet their needs, while building relationships that improve the health and well-being of our members.  You will utilize a consumer-centric, consultative selling approach to align our consumers’ healthcare needs with the appropriate products from Humana’s portfolio.  You will need to model a high level of professionalism, integrity, and quality with every consumer phone interaction.  Humana has an inclusive and diverse culture and is looking for candidates with bilingual skill sets in Korean to service our consumers.

Required Qualifications 

• Bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write in both English and Korean without limitations or assistance - There will be assessment tests and have to pass
• Prior experience using multiple applications/software and multiple screens simultaneously
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, nights, and weekends as needed to meet business demands - AEP (10/15-12/7) / OEP (1/1-3/31) 기간에 적용됩니다.
• Ability to meet the Work at Home Requirements:
  • High-speed cable or DSL Internet connection that must be hard-wire to the computer (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is not allowed for this role
  • Minimum internet speed of 25Mbps for download and 10Mbps for upload
  • A dedicated workspace minimizing ongoing interruptions, and which keeps consumer’s information private

 
Preferred Qualifications 

• Active Health Insurance License. Humana will pay for and help candidates achieve this license if they do not already possess the license.
• Healthcare industry and/or insurance experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree 

 
Additional Information 

• Department Hours – Shift could fall between the business hours of 8:00 am to 11:00 pm local time.  Hours are subject to change based on business needs
• Training Hours – Training will start day one of employment and run the first 7 weeks with a schedule of 10:30 am to 7:00 pm EST.  Attendance is vital for success
• Any Humana associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency. Applicants will be required to take the Language Proficiency Assessment (LPA) in that language(s) and English as provided and required by the Federal Government.
