Macular degeneration and Retinal Hemorrhage is Simple at the Begining

This case is a particular because most of macular degeneration and retinal hemrrhage
can not be easily treated as this case. The reason this patient could be treated so easy
is that she came to me as soon as she got the diagnosis as macular degeneration
and retinal hemorrhage at the hospital and she is young, which means the recovering
energy is so good.

2. Chief Complaints
She said that she couldn't surely feel any troubles before. But three weeks ago,
she found red spot on her right eye and went to a hospital to be checked.
The ophthalmologist siad it is retinal hemorrhage.

And now she can see the dark small round circle on the central sight. She can
identify the silhouette but cannot see the details. If she see the letters in line,
left letter looks normal size, central letter looks reduced size of 1/3 to the left
normal one and cannot be identified as a letter but black spot, right letter looks
as normal one.

If she see large things, they looks bent.

This is caused by that some scars are at the central retina( macular area) and
dischages from small bleeding because they come from the weakness of eyeball
and from the weakness of liver and heart.

3. Other Symptoms and Signs
She has been serious near sighted from the childhood.
She has taken some nutrients since the diagnosis. -> I have her stopped taking
any of chemical productions right then because they make the liver tired.
Usual swelling of tonsils
Usual facial flush but hands and feet cold
Reddish eyes
Oily face
Scratch marks on the skin
Always bad makeup

Pulse : Tensed, strong, narrow and a little fast
Tongue : A little deep coated with white and light red surface
Abdomen : Pain on the central upper and right subcostal area

4. Diagnosis
Liver weak
Heart small
Lung weak

5. Pathology
All of degernerative eye diseases come from the weakness of liver. She said she
couln't notice any signs of eye troubles but bad makeup and scratch marks mean
that her liver has been suffered from fatigue for a long time

The weakness of liver means the quality of blood deteriorated and the weakness
of heart means the malfunction of capillary blood circulation. The accumulation
of thease two factors made sudden eye disease.

To release liver for purifying blood
To improve circulation to the head

1st Prescription

1st Result
Small black circle in central sight disappeared.
The central letter looks as normal size.
Bent image came back nearly normal.
No scratch mark
Good makeup
Reduced oil on the face
No pain on right subcostal area

The ophthalmologist told her that the treatment is no required. Perfect!
But for confirm‎ing the process, it may be required further checkup in future.

2nd Prescription
Judging from the pulse, further prescription shall be required until the image
comes back to perfect normal.
So I added for blood circulation.
