We, D.K.International Co., on behalf of Our End Seller , Global Metal Trading, G.M.T., are pleased to issue  this Soft Corporate Offer ( SCO) 

for Granular Sulphur  with  terms and condition as described as  below;

1. Product:            Granular Sulphur ( HS CODE : 2503.00.90),  Sulphur: Min 99.80% 

2. Origin:               Norway Origin

3. Quantity:           1,000~5,000 mt per shipment, Month by Container 

4. Loading:           Bergen Port, Norway 

5. Destination:      1) 1,000 tons  for Qingdao Port, China

                              2) 5,000 tons  for  Yangon Port, Burma

6. Packing:          In Ton Jumbo Bag

7. Shipment:        By Container  Immediate   from Bergen Port, Norway

8. Price:               CIF   USD 350/MT 

1) 1,000 tons Norway origin Granular Sulphur CIF Qingdao, China,  USD350/MT

2) 5,000 tons Norway origin Granular Sulphur CIF Yangon, Burma,  USD350/MT

     ** Above price is inclusive of your commission of usd10/mt**

9. Payment:         By SBLC/BG  as Guarant and  actual Payment by TT( MT103)  after  shipment arriving and buyer's inspection at destination

10.  Inspection:    By SGS or equivalent  3rd party international independent surveyor at loading port and at destination

11. Others:          1) SBLC should be opened through one of High Ranking World Bank   

                            2) Delivery Allowance : +/-10%  in total quantity and amount

                            3) Insurance :   should be  insured and covering  for 110% of invoice value.
