We, D.K.International Co., on behalf of Our End Seller , Global Metal Trading, G.M.T., are pleased to issue  this Soft Corporate Offer ( SCO)  for Aluminum Ingots A7  with  terms and conditions as described as  below;

1. Product:            Aluminum ingots A7 Al min 99.7%

2. Origin:               EU ORIGIN  at Seller's option

3. MIN ORDER Quantity:            1,000mt, Monthly available quantity upto 5000mt

4. Loading:         Rotterdam or Le Havre Port, France at seller's option

5. Destination:       as per Buyer's request

6. Packing:      in  bundle on pallet  

7. Shipment:        By Container  Immediate   

8. Price:               CIF   USD 2,964/MT 

9. Payment:         By SBLC/BG  as Guarant and  actual Payment by TT( MT103)  after  shipment arriving and buyer's

                             inspection at destination
                   
10.  Inspection:    By SGS or equivalent  3rd party international independent surveyor at loading port and at destination

11. Others:          1) SBLC should be opened through one of High Ranking World Bank   
                            2) Delivery Allowance : +/-10%  in total quantity and amount
                            3) Insurance :   should be  insured and covering  for 110% of invoice value.

11.  Validity :   Till 30th of April 2026
