여행이란?
평범한, 늘 정해진 장소에서 일관된 일과를 소요하는 과정에서 생소한 곳 또는 외부로 벗어나는 것이다.

이젠 여행을 떠난다는 분위기가 청춘이 한창이던 예전같은 활기로운 마음보다 모든 일정을 무사히 잘 마치고 건강하게 돌아와야 하는 심적 부담을 안고 떠나는 어느덧 그런 노년의 때가 되었다.

범상치 않은 수염에 뻑뻑 밀어부친 머리통을 보고 누군가가 말한다.
빈 머리의 형태는 스님 아니면 깡패스런 몰골 둘 중에 하나!

사실 빡빡 민 머리통(두상)의 모습이 절대로 인자한 산사 절가의 유명스님처럼 그리 보이지는 않는단다. 다른 사람도 아닌 바로 우리 집사람이 내게 던진 예기다.

교회엘 출석해야 하는데 왼 절가의 수님이란 의심를 떨구기 위해 일부러 턱 수염을~~
솔직히 이런 엉뚱스런 변화도 다 이유가 있다.

3년전 작은 머리에 생긴 여드름 종류 하나를 하루 이틀 시간이 널널한 탓에 긁어 부스럼을 만든게 시작의 단초였다.
성격상, 느긋하게 치료를 해야하는걸 옛 학창시절때 처럼 선생님(의사)말씀을 어긴 죄가로~~~
뒤늦게 록키 산맥에 번진 산불처럼 온 머리통 동네가 거시기 되었다는 이유 , 원인 , 해명성 너스레를 벤쿠버 시티 카페에 앉아 조식을 들면서 첫 글을 올린다.
