8.    Payment Terms :          -  25% down payment by T/T,

                                             -  65%  Irrevocable Letter of Credit, payment release upon Bill of Lading and

                                                        Certificate of Origin is serve in the Sellers port area.

                                             - 10%  Full Payment in Irrevocable Letter of Credit upon delivery of the

                                                       commodity in the buyers destiny port and after Buyers’ Assay result.

9.    Buyer is allowed to check /take assay the commodity before loading to the Container Van

10.    Documentation for shipment is shouldered by the Seller.

11.   Validity of this Offer to Sell is 15days.
