“If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you”. (John 15:7)
This prayer is a story on a completely different level from the prayer of listing what we need and praying in the name of Jesus.
A long time ago, an Argentinian pastor sarcastically said that prayers are piled up like garbage in heaven.
I don't know if he wrote anything about prayer properly, but I agree with his point.
“If you abide in me and my words abide in you, ask for anything.”
You must realize that this prayer you prayed is a prophecy of the words of Jesus Christ.
If we abide in the Lord, and the words of the Lord abides in us, then the name abides in us. God gave us the name (Ephesians 3:15).
If we abide in Christ, the sap of life comes to us again and again.
It means to prophesy the words that the Lord's composition comes to us as it is.
When light approaches, seek light, when life approaches, life, and when love approaches, seek love.
Then it is said that it will be done as it is.
There are many parts about true prayer in the Bible, and we must learn this prayer.
In order to do so, the order is for me to first dwell in Christ, the vine.
“As the Father has loved me, so I have loved you; abide in my love” (verse 9).
He tells us to abide in Your love.
This is the same as children accepting what their parents do for them.
It is to receive and express His will as it is while abiding in it.
To receive the Lord's supply and express it as it is - this is the destiny of the branch.
If you cut a tree and a branch, the organization is the same.
A small branch has the same organization as a large tree, but only when the organization is the same so that the sap flows.
It is a spiritual battle if we are to stay in Christ.
It's because what you think, say, plan, method, and organization must be like the Lord.
This is what “you abide in my words” means.
In such a state, he says to ask for anything.
When you become one spirit with the Lord in Christ and have the same organization and composition, the Lord's promise to give you everything that I can is fulfilled.
Therefore, we must strive to become the same organization and composition within Him.
It is to deny yourself and take up your cross and follow the Lord.
This is a living martyrdom that says I die every day like Paul (1 Corinthians 15:31, Revelation 2:10).
The better your faith gets, the more you will become like the Lord instead of going wild.
The organization becomes like the Lord.
Without realizing it, I am persuaded, surrendered, and absorbed by Him.
God's way of salvation is to become one spirit with the Lord in the Spirit of truth and mix them together.
Being united with the Lord and mixing in this way is the proper faith.
However, the role of a tree is not that of the trunk, but of the branches.
God and Jesus Christ do all the internal work of connecting and supplying, but each branch has to play the role of attaching to it and making the organization and composition match.
Its role is to bear fruit.
This is a labor of love, and it is not I who do it, but Christ who is in me.
And as a result, the Lord receives glory.
At that moment, the branch that bears fruit also receives the glory, saying, 'It's really done right'.
At that time, the joy of the Lord flows in you and you enjoy joy like the Lord.
This is what we offer to God as an instrument of righteousness.
Faith is the branch receiving the supply from the tree, and life is the result.
The faith here is the faith to know how to receive supply from the tree.
God of the living means that He is the God of the living because he gains life through faith.
And living in such a state is the life of faith.
It is said that the Father was glorified and looked toward us, and it was very good.
Therefore, the words to live by faith seem to be true, but they are wrong.
The deeds of the book of James mean that those who learn the principles through the book of Hebrews and know how to receive supply from the father can do them. Is it difficult?
So, looking at the action, he points out that the absence of action itself means that faith is dead.
Dead faith is not the presence or absence of zeal to act, but the lack of connection to God. Isn't it a dry branch?
It means that it is not a living faith that started from the Lord.
So, after Hebrews, James was written.
“If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love” (John 15:10).
This commandment, which keeps the commandments, is a vocabulary that generalizes God's will.
So, the ultimate of the commandment is love of God and love of neighbor.
Do not think of the commandments as laws unconditionally, but consider the entire will of God as commandments.
God's will that it must be so is the commandment.
So the new commandment is the word of God that it becomes so because Jesus Christ works in us.
So, the result of saying that it was good in God's sight must first bring joy to God and then bring joy to us.
So, the result of fellowship with God (koinonia) through the Lord is the fruit, and this fruit serves as a member and becomes the salt and light of the world.
As a result, “I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and your joy may be full” (John 15:11).
This means that the organization has completely become the same. The joy of the Lord becomes my joy.
This joy is the confirmation that the results that the Lord commanded have appeared in me too.
The efficacy of the life essence that the Lord supplies is the joy of being revealed to me.
When we bear fruit, there is joy that the word of the Lord is fulfilled.
The entire organization of the tree and its branches conforming to His standards is the whole meaning of the words, 'Abide in my words, abide in my love'.
John 15:1-11 tells us to abide in the love of the Lord, the relationship between the tree and the branches, and the Lord and me.
In the Lord, if I match with the Lord's organization, the Lord becomes love to me, and I become love.
That's why you need to make that the vine and branches are in good condition.
But people can't do this. So, in order to do this, you must meditate on the gospel of truth and pray a lot to apply it to yourself.
As a thirsty deer seeks a stream...
If you love the Lord, you will cry out in anguish.
It is important to love the Lord without any conditions.
Only then will you live by being loving, tolerant, merciful, and serving.
If you try to serve others without establishing such a spiritual system, you will become hypocritical Chunhyang .
Chunhyang falls in love with Lee Doryeong, so she is imprisoned.
She is not imprisoned hoping for something in return from Do-Ryung Lee, the secret royal emissary.
She is not imprisoned in order to get married after meeting the secret royal emissary , and to get ahead.
It said that Chunhyang was imprisoned because she loved Lee Mong-ryong, and because she loved Lee Mong-ryong until she died, she was able to overcome all sorts of humiliation and hardships.
Neither do we.
I love the Lord regardless of who acknowledges me or not because I become the same organization as him and my destiny is decided by the life he supplies in Him.
Ugh... Tears come to my eyes after I've reached this point.
I praise Heavenly Father for leading me to this point where I earnestly confess that I love the Lord even if there is no reward for me.
We truly love the Lord who saves us and keeps us in Him.
Hallelujah! May the triune God be glorified forever!!
