Do you know olive & olive oil? Nowadays, Olive is becoming the famous fruit in Korea. And It has many kinds of advantages. In a foreign country, olive is very a famous plant which can protect our skin and body as a product from million years.
It seems to be a medicine of all kinds of diseases. So, It gets spotlight in modern society.
From now one, I'll tell you about 12 benefits of olive oil. Olive oil is from the olive pulp.
First, Olive oil controls the happening of mammary cancer(유방암) when you ingest it continually.
Second, Olive oil can remove lesion of bowels(위장), pancreas(췌장), large intestine(대장) to help move in a peristaltic motion(연동운동) and to promote the secretion of gastric juices(위액) and pancreas juices(췌장액). Also, after applying oil to your legs and wrapping, it can be disintegrate fat(지방분해) and then make your legs slim.

There are many products using olive oil. For example, soap, shampoo, body mist & cream and hand cream. And Olive oil is sensitive to contact with light, heat and air. So, you should keep the oil airtightly without a direct ray of light. If you keep the oil cold, Its color changes to a dullness color, as time goes by, It becomes hard. But It is not damaged. So, Keep it in room temperature and then recover it again.
As I said earlier, Olive has many benefits that help our body and are good for many parts.
Maybe many people will put for cook or cosmetic because of effects.
