The title of this book is "Big Brother Caillou."
The main character is Caillou.
He is just a kid and four years old. He likes exploring. He has many things to do. One day, Caillou was two years old. His mom will give birth soon. So Caillou is exited. And his mom went to hospital with his dad. A few days later, Caillou meet rosie.

But Nobody wouldn't pay attantion Caillou, so he was unhappy because she didn't play with him. His dad said, "rosie is baby so she didn't play with you." so Caillou is happy. And he helped his dad. last, he hugged her.

After reading this book, I think this story is Caillou like his sister is well.
