Earth, Hell or heaven?
I believe, to be sure, that [any man //who reaches Heaven] will find that [what he abandoned
(even in plucking out his right eye) has not been lost]:
that [the kernel of what he was really seeking even in his most depraved wishes] will be there,
beyond expectation, waiting for him in ‘the High Countries’.
* 숙어 TO BE SURE : 1. certainly: 2. certainly:
In that sense it will be true for those //who have completed the journey (and for no others)
to say that good is every- thing and Heaven everywhere.
But we, at this end of the road, must not try [to anticipate that retrospective vision].
If we do,
we are likely /to embrace the false and disastrous converse and fancy
//that everything is good and everywhere is Heaven.
* 명+ly=형 ; likely
But what, you ask, of earth?
Earth, I think, will not be found /by anyone [to be in the end a very distinct place].
* 5 형식 능동태 S will not find [earth] [to be in the end a very distinct place].
I think () earth, if chosen instead of Heaven, will turn out to have been, all along, only a region in Hell:
* if (it is) chosen instead
and earth, if put second to Heaven, to have been from the beginning a part of Heaven itself.
*if (it is) put second to Heaven, (earth will turn out) to have been from the beginning a part of Heaven itself.
* to have been from the beginning a part of Heaven itself

Earth 땅은, Hell 지옥인가 or heaven 천국인가?
I 나는 believe 믿는다, to be sure 확실히, that any man 어떤 사람이 //who reaches 도달하는 Heaven 천국에
will find 발견할 것이다 that절 내용을 즉 what 그것이 he 그가 abandoned 포기한
(even in plucking out 뽑아내기에서조차 his right eye 그의 오른 눈을) has not been lost 상실되지 않았다는 것:
* 눈을 뽑아낸다는 것은 물리적인 눈이 아니라 눈의 시선을 사로잡는 어떤 것을 끊어내는 것을 의미한다 보는데
그런 눈 뽑기 상황에서 포기했던 그것이 상실되지 않았다는 사실을 발견할 것이다
that [the kernel 그 알맹이가 of what 그것의 he 그가 was really 진짜로 seeking 추구했었든
even in his 그의 most 가장 depraved 부패된 wishes 소원들 속에서 조차] will be 있을 것이다 there 그곳에,
beyond expectation 예상 밖으로, waiting 기다리면서 for him 그를 위해 in ‘the High Countries’ 높은 나라/천국에서.
In that sense 그런 의미에서 it 그것은 will be 될 것이다 true 사실/현실로 for those 그들을 위해서
//who 그들 have completed 완결지은 the journey 그 인생여정을 (and for no others 다른 이를 위함이 아니고)
[to say 말하는 그것이 that good 선은 is 이고 every- thing 모든 것 and Heaven 천국은 everywhere 모든 곳에 (있다고)].
* 가주어 it = to say that good is every- thing and Heaven everywhere.
But 그러나 we 우리는, at this end 이 마지막에서 of the road 그 길의,
must not try 시도하지 않아야 한다 to anticipate 기대하기를 that 그런 retrospective 복고적인 vision 시각을.
If we do 만약 우리가 한다면,
we 우린 are likely 할 것 같다 to embrace 껴안기를 the false 거짓과 and disastrous 재앙적 converse 반대급부와
and fancy 환상을 //that 그건 everything 모든 것이 is good 선하고 and everywhere 모든 곳이 is Heaven 천국이라는.
But 그러나 what 어쩌지, you ask 당신이 묻는다면, of earth 땅에 관하여는?
* 유사 숙어 ; What about~ ? 의견을 묻는 질문
Earth 땅은, I think 내 생각에, will not be found 발견되지 않을 것이다 by anyone 누구에 의해서라도
[to be 되는 걸로 in the end 마지막에 a very 매우 distinct 별난 place 장소가].
I 나는 think 생각한다 () earth 땅은, if 만약 chosen 선택되면 instead of Heaven 천국 대신에,
will turn out 변할 것이다 to have been 이었던 것으로, all along 애초부터, only 단지 a region 한 지역 in Hell 지옥에서:
and earth 땅은, if 만약 put 놓인다면 second 둘째/다음으로 to Heaven 천국에,
to have been 이었을 것이다 from the beginning 시작부터 a part 한 부분 of Heaven itself 천국 자체의.
* ALL ALONG : 1. from the very beginning:
* if (it is) put second to Heaven, (earth will turn out) to have been from the beginning a part of Heaven itself.
* 불자 보어인 부정사구 to have been from the beginning a part of Heaven itself
