1. 인간은 왜 태어났는가

‘생명이 먼저냐, 사랑이 먼저냐?’ 할 때 과연 어느 것이 먼저이겠습니까? 사랑이 먼저입니다. 우주의 근본이 존재 기원에 앞서서 사랑의 유통이 없어서는 존재 가치가 나올 수 없습니다.

생명이 먼저가 아니라 사랑이 먼저입니다. 먼저 된 것 앞에 다음 되는 것은 순응해야 되기 때문에 사랑을 위해서는 생명을 바치는 것이 당연한 것입니다. 이렇게 수습해 놓아야 합니다. ‘그러면 인생이 참되게 살길이 어디냐?’라는 문제가 나옵니다. 인생이 사랑에서 태어났으니 사랑의 길을 가야 하고, 사랑을 위해서 죽어야 한다는 결론이 나옵니다.

소우주가 아니라 대우주가 환영할 수 있는 사랑을 찾아서 하나님이 공인하고, 천사세계가 공인하고, 만물이, 더 나아가 우리 부모가 공인할 수 있는 대우주애(大宇宙愛) 가운데서 태어나고, 그 가운데서 사랑하고 죽어 가는 것이 인생이 태어난 목적이라고 보는 것입니다.

인간이란 자기가 희망해서 태어난 존재가 아닙니다. 그렇다면 아버지 어머니의 희망에 의해서 태어난 것입니까? 그렇지 않습니다. 하나님의 희망에 의해서 태어난 것입니다. 하나님 대신인 부모의 사랑을 통해서 태어난 것입니다. 하나님 대신인 부모의 사랑을 통해서 새로운 생명체로 태어난 것이 ‘나’입니다. 그리고 사랑은 전체를 창조하는 힘을 가지고 있습니다.

우주의 사랑 모두를 받아 전 우주의 중심적인 존재로 태어난 것이 바로 ‘나’입니다. 사랑에 의해서 태어나고, 사랑에 의해서 키워지고, 사랑에 의해서 살고, 또 사랑을 남기는 것이 인생에 있어서 최고의 목적입니다. 자기 가정에서 우주의 중심인 사랑의 명을 다하는 것만이 가장 가치 있는 일입니다.

사람이 왜 태어났느냐 하는 것을 알아야 합니다. 사람은 지식이나 권력 때문에 태어난 것이 아닙니다. 사람은 사랑 때문에 태어났고, 또 사랑에서 태어났습니다. 그러면 사랑이 무엇 때문에 그렇게 위대한 것입니까? 그것은 생명의 원천이기 때문입니다. 여러분은 부모의 사랑 가운데서 태어났습니다. 돈을 세거나 지식을 추구하는 데서 태어난 것이 아닙니다.

이처럼 사랑 가운데 태어났으니 사랑으로 결실해야 됩니다. 그래서 자식이 필요합니다. 부부가 하나되어 아들딸이라는 상대가 있을 때 완전한 것입니다. 인간 자신도 사랑을 떠나서는 있을 수 없습니다. 그러므로 나의 존재는 사랑을 바탕으로 살아간다고 하겠습니다.

모든 만물도 그 존재의 시작이 하나님의 사랑으로부터 출발하고 있습니다. 만물의 존재가 사랑을 바탕으로 시작되었다 할진대, 피조세계의 중심존재인 인간은 더더욱 사랑으로 출발한 존재라는 것을 부인할 수 없습니다. 인간은 사랑에서 출발하고 사랑에 의하여 완숙되기 때문에 사랑의 기준을 떠나서는 살 수 없는 존재입니다.

1. 人間はなぜ生まれたのか

「生命が先か、愛が先か」というとき、果たしてどちらが先でしょうか。愛が先です。宇宙の根本は、存在の起源に先立って愛の流通がなければ、存在価値は出てくることができません。
 
生命が先ではなく、愛が先です。先になったものの前に、あとになるものは順応しなければならないので、愛のためには生命を捧げるのが当然なのです。このように収拾しておかなければなりません。「それでは、人生を正しく生きる道はどこなのか」という問題が出てきます。人生は愛から生まれたので、愛の道を行かなければならず、愛のために死ななければならないという結論が出てきます。小宇宙ではなく、大宇宙が歓迎できる愛を探して、神様が公認し、天使世界が公認し、万物が、さらには私たちの父母が公認できる大宇宙の愛の中に生まれ、その中で愛し、死んでいくのが、人生の目的だと見るのです。
 
人間とは、自分が希望して生まれた存在ではありません。それでは、父と母の希望によって生まれたのでしょうか。そうではありません。神様の希望によって生まれたのです。神様の代身である父母の愛を通して生まれたのです。神様の代身である父母の愛を通して、新しい生命体として生まれたのが私です。そして、愛は全体を創造する力をもっています。宇宙の愛をすべて受けて、全宇宙の中心的な存在として生まれたのが、正に私です。愛によって生まれ、愛によって育てられ、愛によって生き、また愛を残すのが人生における最高の目的です。自分の家庭において、宇宙の中心である愛の使命を果たすのが、最も価値あることです。
 
人がなぜ生まれたのかということを知らなければなりません。人は、知識や権力ゆえに生まれたのではありません。人は愛ゆえに生まれ、また愛から生まれたのです。それでは、愛は何ゆえにそのように偉大なのでしょうか。それは、生命の源泉だからです。皆様は、父母の愛の中から生まれました。お金を数えるところや知識を追求するところから生まれたのではありません。このように愛の中から生まれたので、愛によって結実しなければなりません。それで子女が必要なのです。夫婦が一つになり、息子、娘という相対がいるとき、完全なのです。人間自身も、愛を離れては存在できません。ですから、私という存在は、愛を土台として生きていくと言えるのです。
 
すべての万物も、その存在の始まりは神様の愛から出発しています。万物の存在が愛を土台として始まったとすれば、被造世界の中心存在である人間は、より一層、愛によって出発した存在であることを否定できません。人間は、愛から出発し、愛によって完熟するので、愛の基準を離れては生きられない存在なのです。

1. Why are people born?

If we ask the question, “Which came first, life or love?” the answer can be argued either way. However, which do you really think came first? Love came first. The fundamental core of the universe must disseminate love prior to originating existence. Otherwise, there would be no value to the things of existence.

When we examine the origin of life, we must ask whether life or love came first. Until now we have not been able to discern this clearly. But now we know it could not have been life that came first. It was love. What comes second must fall in line behind what comes first. It is natural that we offer our lives for the sake of love. This is how we ought to understand it.

Therefore, let us understand how to live our lives in a way that is true.
We conclude that since love gave birth to life, we must walk the way of love and die for love. The purpose of human life is to establish a love that can be welcomed by the macrocosm, not just the microcosm. It is to be born, to love and to die in the midst of the great universal love that is acknowledged by God, creation, our parents and the angelic world.

Human beings do not choose to be born. Then, are we born by our parents’ desire? No. We are born by God’s desire. We are born through the love of our parents, which represents God’s love. Each of us was created as a new life by means of the love of our parents, representing God’s love.

Love has the power to create the whole. Each of us was born as a central being of the entire universe, with the capacity to receive all the love in the universe. The highest purpose of life is to be born through love, to be raised in love, to live by love, and to leave a legacy of love when we die. Nothing can be of greater value than to live out our natural life within our own family as a life of love that is the center of the universe.

It is important to understand why people are born. We are not born for the sake of knowledge or power. We are born because of love and from love. Then what makes love so great? It is because love is the fountainhead of life.

You were born in the midst of your parents’ love. You were not born from your parents’ desire for monetary profit or pursuit of knowledge. Because you were born in love this way, you ought to bear fruit in love. This is why you need to have children.

A husband and wife become complete when they become as one with each other and come to have sons and daughters as their partners. Human beings cannot exist apart from love. So we can say that each of us lives on the foundation of love. Everything in creation has the origin of its existence in God’s love.

Since all things exist with love as their foundation, it is undeniable that human beings, as the center of the created universe, also must have begun in love. Since human beings begin in love and mature through love, we are beings that cannot live apart from the standard of love.
