Re:pour heavy rainsfalls today until Thursday

초코시럽님, 오랜만입니다. 이방송이 영어로 방송하는 교통방송인가요?

정말 미국으로 영어연수 하면서 돈쓰지 않고도 언제든지 그리고 얼마든지 영어공부 할수 있겠군요...

참, 격세지감을 느낍니다.  방송이 어려운 단어는 쓰지 않지만 말을 좀 빨리하는 편이라 얼릉 알아듣기는

쉽지 않겠지만 이게 미국에서 듣는 평소 스피드 이니, 현실 영어에 적응하는데 많은 도움이 되실 겁니다.

대부분 다 정확하게 받아쓰기 하셨고 약간씩 틀린 부분을 손 보았으니 맞춰보세요~~ :) 

Starting off with some local conditions, we received the report that there was a car collision on 강남대로 right before 강남 station. Lane one was blocked, (now it's all cleared up. Recent delays behinding cars are challing (=Use of the word implies a relaxed, calm state.) that 30 km/h there. now in the 방배동 area, 사평로 is slow from 사평 underpath to 삼호가든 fourway intersection. 
and moving to downtown seoul, 왕산로 was heavy from 동묘앞 station to 동대문. 
and on 퇴계로, it is still busy although the overpath is completely removed , there are  more maintenance work to be done as it's causing delays from 명동 station to 회현 fourway intersection. 
the last for the highway, 서부 안양 direction is looking tough from 철산 to the 금천 bridge, traveling less than 20 kiloneters per hour, but things are looking good on the opposite lane heading into the city.

we’re under fairly cloudy skies here in seoul. Highs will hit 29 today.
it's much sunnier or down suburb, temperatures linger around the low 30's mark. 
clouds over the central regions will get much thicker tonight. 
ready to pour heavy rainfalls tomorrow until Thursday. 
And for the southern regions, they have chances of shower this afternoon and also some more on this thursday. 
so keep in umbrella handy for couple of days and checking the current leading now, downtown seoul at 27 degress C, which is 81 degrees in F.
