Healthy Baking at Your Home
Have you gained weight staying home due to COVID-19? It can be an uncomfortable truth but some of you who are reading this magazine might think you need to go on a diet urgently. Hence, on this issue, I would love to talk about my other hobby, "healthy baking" instead of traveling somewhere. As you know, we deserve to spend our time more wisely at home even though we sometimes feel like staying home is being in a jail to keep a distance from the society.
I was told that how much you can lose weight depends on what you eat more than how long you exercise. However, eating clean is not that easy to do every day, and cutting out dessert while you're on a diet is more like being under a curse. So I want to share my secret recipe of vegan baking with you to make clean dessert that is allowed during the diet.
If you hear the word "vegan baking," you might think it tastes less sweet and just healthy in a negative way. I would like to say that it's a big misunderstanding. Even though vegan baking doesn't use butter, white sugar, egg and other tasty but unhealthy ingredients, vegan dessert has enough flavor to makes you satisfied with your precious dessert time using vegetable ingredients. Here is the simplest recipe of my favorite muffin. I'm pretty sure that the taste is not simple but happily complicated.
Vegan carrot muffin
Ingredients
• Whole wheat flour 170g
• Almond flour 30g
• Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoons
• Baking powder 2 teaspoons
• Raw sugar 70g
• Grape seed oil 40g
• Coconut milk 150g
• Carrot 85g
How to make
1. Preheat oven to 175 C.
2. In a large bowl, sift whole wheat flour, almond flour, cinnamon flour and baking powder. Set aside.
3. In a blender, put raw sugar, oil and coconut milk and mix them. Set aside.
4. Grape the carrot and set aside.
5. Put the liquor ingredients (step 2) in the large bowl (step 1) and mix them using a spatula like cutting them with a knife. If they're combined about 70%, add carrot and mix again.
6. Divide the batter evenly in a muffin tin and put in the preheated oven. Bake 20 to 25 mins.
7. Cool down the baked muffin for several hours and enjoy the muffin with coffee or tea.
Isn't it simple? You just need 8 ingredients in order to bring a nice cafe dessert to your home. I suggest you replace the raw sugar with a zero calorie sweetener, stevia if you want to reduce calories although the raw sugar already has good nutritional benefits. Why don't you try to bake this vegan muffin with your family and keep going on a healthy diet?

레시피 설명 전 마지막문단 세번 째 문장 use butter, white sugar, egg and other tasty 부분에서 tasty가 adjective라서 앞에 품사랑 맞춰주면 좋을 것 같습니다! sugar, egg and other typical tasty backing stuffs 처럼요!
