Dominic Szambowski MSc, CAS Dean With 18 years of Hospitality Education experience on three continents, Dominic joined the College in 1998. Former Head of Programs at University Centre Cesar Ritz in Switzerland, Dominic recently received an Emerald Management Review Citation of Excellence for his paper about training Australian housekeeping managers - published in the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Education.

Kok-Yong Liew CA; Master of Business, Banking & Finance; BCommerce Financial Controller Kok-Yong Liew, known to us as Liew, is a well-respected Financial Controller. His key areas of expertise are in finance, accounting, taxation and system set-ups. Liew has worked in these roles within the professional accounting, building and hospitality industries. Liew firmly believes in creating a team that continually develops, grows and accomplishes the objectives and goals of the Group.

Karen McMurray MEd, PGCert Educational Studies Head of Admissions Following studies at Macquarie University, University of Canberra, Griffith University and Charles Sturt University, Karen has undertaken administration and project management roles in both private and government sectors over the last ten years. Karen manages Admissions, Articulations, and program accreditation at ICMS.

Don Shiell Head of Recruitment Don joined the College in 2006 as Head of Recruitment. He has a background in domestic and international sales and marketing and was formerly Marketing Manager of Dial and Product and Director and Owner of Classic Customs&Kenmich Forwarding, responsible for export sales, marketing and logistics.

Johan Cronstedt MCom Marketing, BBus Hospitality & Tourism Residential Manager A graduate of ICMS and Macquarie University, Johan has worked in house and function management at the College since 2002. Johan's previous experience in Sweden and Australia includes: General Manager of Hotel Le Manoir Banyuls-sur-men, 2nd Chef Circle Suedois a Paris and Operations for PIF Regatta 2005.

John Fong MBA,BBus(Marketing) Head of Postgraduate Studies, Senior Lecturer John lectured at the Graduate Accounting and Commerce Centre at Macquarie University before joining ICMS in 2006. He teaches International Marketing at the postgraduate level and has published in journals such as the Journal of Interactive Advertising and the Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics. His papers have been presented at several conferences in Italy, Canada, Korea and Australia.

Tony Henry Dip Teaching Head of Student Affairs Currently completing his post-graduate qualification in counselling, Tony coordinates sports and recreation at the College, in addition to managing student support services. Tony is an Australian music Gold Record holder and combines his 10 years experience in teaching with his love of music and sports in this role.
