It's been 3 weeks evangelising inner town of Berwick.
There has been many changes since we've been evanglising around the Berwick train station 3 weeks ago.
There was a strong spiritual battle for two weeks.
The thankful thing is that when we consistently pray and share the gospel in a land, that land is definitely transformed. This amazing principle is being understood among our team members.
We continued to fight the spiritual battle without giving up, Australians started to accept Jesus.
Today, 9 people heard the gospel and 4 of them accepted Jesus. We invited 7 souls to our Sunday service and Friday Cell Service.
Australian mother
- She was wearing luxurious clothes, we first thought she would reject our invitation.. she said her mother in law is the pastor and she sometimes goes to church but has no faith.
- Myoungsook shared the gospel. Myoungsook was amazed how she listened humbly even though we were lacking in english.
- Before asking her to accept Jesus, she first asked us to help her to accept Jesus. This was an answer to our long term prayer topic.
Irish lady
- She met our team during her 5min break from work. She was born in a Catholic family but when she turned 16, her parents asked her to choose her own faith. Since then, she stopped going to church.
Jeanne asked her whether she had the assurance of salvation, she could not answer to that question. So Jeanne shared the gospel. Her 5min break was over but wanted to listen more and she accepted Jesus. We invited her to Cell Service.
Australian gentleman
- This man said he is not a homeless person although he did look like one. He said he has too many sins and that God would not like to come into his heart.
There were many interruptions during conversation but he listened to the gospel until the end. He said he's been in a prison for more than 10times and committed many bad crimes.. he said he could not accept Jesus. So we invited him to our Monday Hangout. We will pray for him until the end and fight spiritual battle.
Those who came for the first time might not have realised this but those who came to Berwick for the past 6 weeks have definitely experienced the changes in souls and the land of Berwick.
It was a joyful time to take the victory of our spiritual battle.
We want to see the day when Love Berwick conference is held here and for us to meet souls who will be raised as disciples. We will continue to hold on to the vision, be spiritually alert and pray!
