REPORTING TO	Director of International Marketing and Global Engagement Via Country Manager of Korea
OVERVIEW	American Scholar Group (ASG) REGIONAL MANAGERS work in the Global Engagement division, supporting all admissions, recruitment, business development and sales initiatives in their assigned region/country. American Scholar Group (ASG) REGIONAL MANAGERS must be capable of problem-solving and performing a variety of duties from sales management & marketing to administration.
REQUIREMENTS	Bachelor Degree (Any Major) :Eduaction, Business, Marketing 전공 우대 English Language Proficiency (Speaking & written communication 가능자 우대) Experience in student recruitment & study abroad industry Passion for and experience working with high school aged youth Capable of problem-solving and working with teams of people Strong work ethic & self-motivated, capable of working independently to meet targets 관련 경력 소유자 우대

JOB DESCRIPTION	Achieve annual recruitment & sales targets Propose business development plans to increase market presence and annual revenue growth Develop new agents and broaden and strengthen such networks in Korea (Travel other cities in Korea required) Assist Country Manager by attending important events or education fairs in required situations Communicate clearly and regularly through assigned reporting structures as well as upon an as-needed basis concerning your direct report and managing executives Achieve recruiting target assigned by country manager Attend any prescribed training and professional development activities as well as required Global Engagement strategic planning meetings Participate in monthly or as-needed Reginal and recruitment eval‎uation. Support agents and Country Manager as well as global and headquarters staff in fulfilling information needs, including school information, emergent requests, as well as any other necessary assistance 미국 펜실베니아 본사 방문 및 교육 ( 1년에 1-2번 ) 추후 미국 본사 현지 근무 기회
