It’s jogging while picking up trash, one of the healthiest, most eco-friendly things you can do.

It started in Sweden and is now done worldwide.

We used to ignore trash, but now we know small efforts matter.

I’m going to take you on our plogging journey!

Before starting, let me help you get ready.

You need gloves, a trash bag, comfy clothes, and care for the planet.

We use reusable bags, one of the best eco-friendly choices.

I’m going to stretch and then we’ll start.

Watch closely and don’t miss any trash!

Part 3 – During Activity (신완수)

This alley is one of the dirtiest spots here.

There’s plastic bolttle bottle , papers, and can everywhere.

I’m going to make it one of the cleanest places today!

Let me help you by holding the bag while you pick up trash.

A passerby said “thank you,” and that was so rewarding.

Part 4 – Thoughts 2 (김대원)

Wow, the bag is full .

one of the biggest trash collections we’ve made!.

I didn’t expect so much trash here.

This will be one of the most meaningful experiences of my life.

I’m going to promise not to litter again.

Small actions like these are one of the simplest ways to change the world.

Look at all this trash from just one hour (it’s one of the biggest cleanups I’ve done.)

Plogging is easier than you think, and I’m going to encourage you to try it.

It’s simple, fun, and makes you proud.

I used to think picking up trash was someone else’s job, but now I know I have to act first.
