Everyone is welcome if you are over 18 years old.

Application is taken via email address above only.
You need to send an email application every week even you joined us before.
The number of applicants : It's free upto 10 people.
If it would over 10 people, the applicants who are from the 11th need to pay $15 per session.
(Concession $12. One session is 1 hour. The running time is around between 2~3 hours.)
The order is choosen by sequence to send us email.
But if you keep attendance countinuously, I will pick you up priority.
The applicant who joins 1st time also can learn for free.
Time : 10:30am at Saturday (It will be changed on Sunday, if it is rain.)
Please get the venue 10 mins before begin class, because it should be disturb to the others during class.
Location : In front of Royal Exhibition BD in Carlton Garden in the city.
(A small park in front of Ascot Vale train staion in the case on Sunday.)
The preparation : Comfortable shoes and clothes.
A balloon(or beach ball), a stable and thick cushion(or pillow), a towel, drink, a short stick.
Notice : Please wear sun cream before you come.
Leave your jewelry at home. Such as earring, necklace, or ring.
It is recommended cause you have to take off all of them during class.
The jewelry could be lost. Some people did, so please leave them at home.
Don't worry about you don't have any experience for any sports or Martial arts.
This Self Defence class for general people, not to dig in Martial arts seriously.
Your instructor has trained various Martial Arts over 20 years, and has experience 15 years as a Martial Arts instructor.
He was a head instructor of Kendo and Security Guard Martial Arts, and was a sub instructor of Hapkido in his country.
And he currently has started and managed an Internal Martial Arts class since 5 years ago in Melbourne from his country.
- Q&A about Self Defense -
Q1. I have trained a specific Martial Arts, but haven't be able to use in a real situation.
Then it must be useless although I train hard?
A1. When you practice skills in your dojo, it worked well, but you mightn't be able to do it well in real situation, cause you were nervous.
Especially, it is hard that a slim or short person control a bigger opponent.
In addition, when you practice in dojo, your colleague might not against firmly.
There are some practice in that situation, but most dojo don't tell about it.
Q2. Can a weak person control a stronger opponent with just skills?
I have seen some people who have great skills wasn't able to control the stronger opponents.
A2. When we are a baby or child, our body was relax, so we was able to not be injured well.
For example, we can see that a baby fell down, but he or she wasn't injured.
However, during we are grown up as adult, we haves used brain a lot to consider a lot of things.
In this period, the tension of brain make our entire body nervous and stiff.
A nervous body could fall down and be injured easily, and slow for reaction.
If your body is nervous, you can't use a natural force.
When you control an enemy, you need to relax as a natural body and use the force of opponent, gravity, rub, and bounce.
Namely, you need to be a transfer, not main.
If you are main, the force will be cut.
The weak can't win, if you are gonna against the stronger with your muscle.
You just need to make your body a lever.
The lever can get a big force with only small force.
And, you need to borrow the force of the gravity, not muscle.
Nobody can't win to the force of the earth in the world.
If you use the force of opponent, the opponent get a bigger damage as strong as.
In addition, he would get bigger damage, if you add the force of gravity.
The same thing between Self Defence and Martial Arts is control and defeat the enemy to protect yourself or the others.
The different thing between Self Defence and Martial Arts is just a survival skill to escape yourself from dangerous situation.
In either Self Defence or Martial arts, the weak can use exact force when he or she understand the mechanism and structure of human body, and feel the flowing and control of natural force.
It has a exceed just practice of kick, punch and move fast.
In addition, general people don't train like Martial Artist, so it doesn't have meaning and not be efficient.
For general people, it's the best way to practice how to manage the force efficiently, get skills, and treat the point.

Amalti님 감사. 그것도 생각을 해봤는데, 조사해 보니 여기 애들도 대부분 이런 경우 Free Class라 하는 경우가 많더군요. 아니면 semi free or half free?
