- Significant and recent experience as a conservation and contemporary project architect directing all phases (research, design development, design, contract documents, tendering, scheduling, budgeting and site supervision) of substantial building projects.
- Experience in participating in multi-disciplined teams engaged in the design of projects.
- Experience in dealing with clients in the private or public sectors.
- Experience in defining user requirements for projects.
