6. 뜻을 상속받는 자가 되자

만장하신 귀빈 여러분! 식구 여러분! 본인은 오늘 말씀을 마침에 앞서서 다시 한 번 하나님께 감사를 올리고자 합니다. 하나님의 뜻을 위한다는 지순한 동기의 한 마음으로 생애를 달려온 본인을 바라보시면서 인도해 주신 하나님께서는 본인보다 몇 천배 더 어려움과 고통을 참으시면서 오셨습니다. 모든 영광을 하나님께 올리옵니다.

그리고 40년의 업적이 어찌 본인만의 것이겠습니까? 수고한 많은 식구들과 후원자들에게 진심으로 고맙게 생각합니다. 하나님의 뜻은 본래 만인의 뜻이니 여러분 모두가 본인의 대표자가 되고, 또 참부모의 대표가 되어 뜻을 상속받는 사람이 되어서 의롭고 선한 뜻을 넓게 결실시켜 주기를 당부합니다.

그리하여 하나님이 소원하시는 본연의 심정문화세계가 어서 속히 이 땅에 이뤄지도록 함께 노력합시다. 끝으로 국내외 귀빈들께서 오늘 이 자리를 더욱 빛내 주신 것을 감사하게 생각합니다. 여러분의 가정과 하시는 일에 하나님의 축복이 항상 함께하시기를 빌면서 말씀을 마칩니다. 감사합니다.

6. み旨を相続する者となろう

満場の貴賓の皆様。食口の皆様。私はきょうのお話を終えるに当たり、改めて神様に感謝を捧げたいと思います。神様のみ旨のために生きるという、極めて純粋な動機の一心で生涯を駆けてきた私を見つめながら導いてくださった神様は、私の何千倍もの困難と苦痛を耐え忍んでこられました。ここにすベての栄光を神様にお捧げいたします。

また、四十年の業績がどうして私だけのものでしょうか。多くの苦労をした食口の皆様と後援者の皆様に対し、心から有り難く思っています。神様のみ旨は、本来万人の願いなので、皆様すべてがその代表者となり、また真の父母の代身者となって、み旨を相続する人となり、義であり、善なるみ旨を広く結実させてくれるようお願いします。

そして、神様が願われる本然の心情文化世界が一日も早くこの地に実現されるよう共に努力しましょう。最後に、国内外の貴賓の皆様が、きょうこの場に参席してくださったことを感謝申し上げます。皆様の御家庭と皆様の行われることに神様の祝福が常に共にあることを祈りながら、私のお話を終わらせていただきます。ありがとうございました。

6. Let us become inheritors of the Will

Honored guests, ladies and gentlemen, and beloved Unification members, before ending my speech this morning, I would like to once more offer my gratitude to God. Throughout my life my motivation has been purely to live for the sake of God’s Will.

God has watched over and guided me at all times, yet the difficulties and suffering He endures are thousands of times greater than my own.

I offer all glory to God, for how could the achievements of the past forty years be only my own?

I am deeply grateful to the church members who have worked so hard, and to the many who have lent their support. The will of God that I began to fulfill is actually His original Will for all humankind.

I therefore ask all of you to become my representatives and representatives of the True Parents. Please become the inheritors of God’s Will and multiply the fruits of righteousness and goodness. Let us invest our efforts to quickly realize the original world, the true heart-centered culture that God yearns to see on earth.

Finally, I would like to express my appreciation to all honored guests from Korea and overseas for blessing us with your presence on this occasion.

May your families and your work continue to be blessed by the presence of God.
