부활신앙과 예수님의 눈물

(요11:17-37)
17 On his arrival, Jesus found that Lazarus had already been in the tomb for four days.  18 Bethany was less than two miles from Jerusalem,  19 and many Jews had come to Martha and Mary to comfort them in the loss of their brother.  20 When Martha heard that Jesus was coming, she went out to meet him, but Mary stayed at home.  21 "Lord," Martha said to Jesus, "if you had been here, my brother would not have died.  22 But I know that even now God will give you whatever you ask."  23 Jesus said to her, "Your brother will rise again."  24 Martha answered, "I know he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day."  25 Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies;  26 and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?"  27 "Yes, Lord," she told him, "I believe that you are the Christ, the Son of God, who was to come into the world."  28 And after she had said this, she went back and called her sister Mary aside. "The Teacher is here," she said, "and is asking for you."  29 When Mary heard this, she got up quickly and went to him.  30 Now Jesus had not yet entered the village, but was still at the place where Martha had met him.  31 When the Jews who had been with Mary in the house, comforting her, noticed how quickly she got up and went out, they followed her, supposing she was going to the tomb to mourn there.  32 When Mary reached the place where Jesus was and saw him, she fell at his feet and said, "Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died."  33 When Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who had come along with her also weeping, he was deeply moved in spirit and troubled.  34 "Where have you laid him?" he asked. "Come and see, Lord," they replied.  35 Jesus wept.  36 Then the Jews said, "See how he loved him!"  37 But some of them said, "Could not he who opened the eyes of the blind man have kept this man from dying?"  

오늘의 말씀을 보면
마르다와 마리아의 신앙은 차이를 보이지 않는다
21 "Lord," Martha said to Jesus, "if you had been here, my brother would not have died.
32 When Mary ... said, "Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died.“

그런데 그들은 
예수님이 이미 죽어 장사 지낸 지 사흘이나 지났다면 
시신(尸身)이 부패(腐敗)했을 것이므로
예수라도 다시 살리지 못할 것이라는 믿음...다만 최후 심판의 때에는-예수님과의 만남 속에서 알게 되었을 종말지식-부활할 수 있게 될 것만을 믿는 믿음이었던 것을 알 수 있다

그런데... 그런 믿음과 고백을 들은 예수님은
... "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?"  (요11:25-26)
최후심판기(最後審判期)가 아닌 당장에 죽은 나사로가 부활하게 될 것을 언급하시며
당시부터 지금의 나에게까지 예수님은 생사주관자(生死主管者)이심을 천명(闡明)하심을 본다

그런데 오늘의 말씀 33절
예수님은 마리아의 입에서 나오는 말을 듣고는
‘우셨다’라고 ‘많이 마음아파 하셨다’고 했는데...
그 의미(意味)가 무엇인지 매우 궁굼해졌다

생각해 볼 때
나사로를 다시 살리시려는 뜻을 ...
하나님의 나사로의 부활에 대한 계획을 알고 계시는 주님이...
그의 죽음으로 말미암아 그에 대하여 마음아파하시고 우셨다는 것은 공식이 성립이 되지를 않는다

그렇다면 남은 가능성
그것은 바로 
마르다에 이어서 마리아의 고백을 들으며
그들의 모자란 믿음 때문에 아파하고 괴로워하는 그 두 자매를 보는 안타까움의 심정발로(心情發露)가 아닐까...에 내 무게중심은 실리게 된다

그런데 그 예수님을 모습을 보는 유대인들
두가지 반응
"See how he loved him!”
"Could not he who opened the eyes of the blind man have kept this man from dying?" (맹인의 눈을 뜨게 한 이 사람이 그 사람은 죽지 않게 할 수 없었더냐 )

그 진실(眞實)을 진실되게 하는 선(善)한 반응(反應)
여전히 꼬인 심성으로 악평(惡評) 비평(批評)을 하는 사람들의 반응
참으로 같은 상황을 이렇게 다르게 반응하는 것이 세상의 정서(情緖)인 듯 싶다
그러니...

죽은 나사로를 살리신 예수님
죽어가는 나의 목회현장도...
하지만 그리아니하실지라도 ...
나는 내게 성령의 감동으로 주신 내가 내게 하게 한 숙제를 하며 그날을 기다리련다
