7월 5일 ,산행지 ‘ Harriman, 1779 Trail’ 은 독립기념일을 맞아 길잡이의 강추로 약 250년 전 독립 전쟁의 격전지

미국 독립군 민병대의 진군 루트를 따라 역주행( Stony Point ~ Fort Montgomery)하는 종주산행 입니다. 많은 참가바랍니다.

1. 산행지 :  Harriman, 1779Trail

2. 출발 장소 및 시간  :

                          ●    Trailhead Parking Lot (지도 참조) : 9:00AM

                          ●   한남마트 Parking Lot : 08:00 AM/ 1475 Bergen Blvd, Fort Lee, NJ07024   

3. 산행 유형 :  In & Out, 약 8.5 마일, 4시간 산행 예정

      PS :  The 1779 Trail is the route historians believe American Patriots traveled in July 1779 to attack a British fort at Stony Point. The trail can be done as a point-to-point or out and back. While it is mostly wooded, the trail does cross the Palisades Parkway at one point and Long Mountain Parkway, so use caution when crossing these busy roads.
