 Dear Mr. Okita.  Well receiving your monthly report of August today. 

 Especially We heartily appreciate your effort to shorten the schedule of material procurement of screw shaft.  And we ask the several questions like follows, please answer and send them back.      

1) Was machining work proceeding just after the finishing of material       

  procurement of screw shaft ?  

  JSW)) Yes, we've got the material for Screw but wait for the machining.       

So how much time, do you think, can be shortened from the early procurement ?   

JSW)) It is very difficult to shorten the machining schedule due to high load of our factory.         As we told you before, we are not able to change

 the fixed manufacturing schedule.    

2) In last month I asked about the die-plate manufacturing situation         then you said  "1st die-plate will be delivered in late September,        

 and 2nd die-plate will be delivered beginning of November "        

 But from this month's report the 2nd die plate going to be delayed         as much as 15 days, please tell us the reason why it should be delayed.  

JSW)) Because of the delay from the material vendor.            

 We keep pushing to short the delivery.    

3) The schedules of discharge screw, segment screw, middle cylinder         and spacer were delayed like 10 or 15 days from original schedule.         So we'd like to know the reasons and please tell us the catch up plan         to make up the lost time.   

 JSW)) We deal this job with highest priority, you know.  　　　　

  Now we try to shorten the manufacturing.   

 4) We want to go to Hiroshima plant as a inspection for 1st or 2nd die-plate       and have a meeting to discuss the delivery of revamping parts in 2007.      

 If possible we also want to see Mr. Miyata and Mr. Hayashi in the meeting in       Hiroshima plant.       Please Inform us previsously planned inspection date of yours for both die-plates       respectively.    

 JSW)) We are plannin to finish the machining of 1st Die plate on 23rd.            So, after 25th is preferable to us.
