워크샵 진행 방식에 대한 입장과 역할의 이해에 대한 생각입니다.

이번 워크샵은 협업 형태로 진행됩니다.
각 조는 기본적으로 연출, 촬영, 제작, 편집 등의 역할을 분담하여 하나의 결과물을 완성하게 됩니다.

이 과정에서 반드시 이해해야 할 중요한 원칙을 안내합니다.

연출자의 역할

연출자는 스토리텔러로서 작품의 중심 책임자입니다.
작품의 방향, 해석, 표현 방식에 대해 조원들과 의견을 나누고 토론하는 것은 적극적으로 권장됩니다.

단, 이러한 토론과 조정은 반드시 촬영 시작 이전에 충분히 이루어져야 합니다.

촬영이 시작된 이후의 원칙

촬영이 시작되면 연출자의 계획을 중심으로 조원들은 일사분란하게 촬영을 완수하는 것이 원칙입니다.

촬영 현장에서 지속적인 방향 변경이나 구조적 논쟁은 작업의 완성도를 떨어뜨릴 수 있으므로 지양합니다.

촬영 이후 과정

촬영이 종료된 이후에는 편집 및 완성 과정에서 다시 의견을 나누고 충분한 숙의를 거칩니다.

최종적으로 상영되는 작품은 연출자가 책임을 질 수 있는 결과물이어야 합니다.

다른 의견이나 해석이 있을 경우 상영된 결과물과 다른 해석이나 주장, 연출 방향을 제시하고 싶은 스태프는 특히 편집자의 경우, 자신의 버전을 별도로 제작하여 수업 카페에 업로드하는 방식으로 의견을 공유할 수 있습니다.

이는 촬영, 제작 등 다른 스태프도 동일하게 적용됩니다.

예를 들어, 촬영 방식에 대해 연출자와 다른 생각이 있다면 촬영장에서 허용 가능한 시간 내에서 자신의 방법을 구현하기 위해  조원들과 연출자를 설득하는 과정이 필요합니다. 이 시간이 허락되지 않는다면 그 촬영은 하지 않습니다. 

워크샵에서는 매우 다양한 상황과 선택이 발생할 수 있습니다.
따라서 개별적인 경우의 수보다,

협업의 기본 원칙과 창작의 책임 구조를 이해하는 것이 중요합니다.

이번 워크샵은 단순한 과제 수행이 아니라
영화 제작의 실제 협업 구조를 경험하는 과정입니다.

각자의 역할을 존중하고, 동시에 창작적 의견을 적극적으로 제시하며
성숙한 협업 경험을 만들어가길 바랍니다.

갈등이 있을 수 있습니다. 이는 조장의 책임하에 잘 조정하고 조율해서 해결하기를 기대합니다.

모두가 다 열심히 하지 않을 수 있습니다. 이는 기록되고 보고되면 되는 것이지 싸울일은 아닙니다. 

이 과정에서 힘든 상황이 있다면 일차적으로 조장을 중심으로 해결하고, 안되면 제게 도움을 요청하면 됩니다. 

本次工作坊将以团队协作形式进行。
每个小组将基本分工为导演、摄影、制片、剪辑等角色，共同完成一部作品。

在此过程中，请务必理解以下重要原则。

导演的角色

导演作为故事讲述者，是作品的核心责任人。
关于作品的方向、理解与表达方式，与组员进行意见交流和讨论是被积极鼓励的。

但这些讨论与协调必须在拍摄开始之前充分完成。

拍摄开始后的原则

一旦进入拍摄阶段，
所有成员应以导演的计划为中心，有序高效地完成拍摄任务。

在拍摄现场持续更改方向或进行结构性争论，
可能会影响作品完成度，因此应尽量避免。

拍摄之后的过程

拍摄结束后，在剪辑与后期完成过程中，
可再次进行讨论，并通过充分思考达成共识。

最终上映的作品应当是
导演能够承担最终责任的成果。

如存在不同意见或理解

若有成员对最终呈现的作品持有不同看法或创作主张，
（尤其是剪辑人员）可制作自己的版本，
并上传至课程 Café 平台进行交流与讨论。

该原则同样适用于摄影、制片等其他岗位成员。

例如，如果在拍摄方式上与导演存在不同想法，
则需要在拍摄现场允许的时间范围内，通过说服导演及组员来实现自己的方法。
如果时间条件不允许，则该拍摄将不予进行。

重要理解

在工作坊过程中，可能会出现各种不同的情况与选择。
因此，相比个别情况的处理，

更重要的是理解协作的基本原则与创作的责任结构。

本次工作坊不仅是一次作业任务，
更是一次体验真实电影制作协作结构的过程。

请尊重各自角色，同时积极提出创作意见，
共同建立成熟的协作经验。

关于团队冲突

团队中可能会出现冲突。
希望在组长的责任下进行有效协调与解决。

并非所有成员都一定会同样投入努力。
对此只需如实记录与汇报，无需因此发生争执。

若在过程中遇到困难，
请首先以组长为中心进行解决，
如仍无法解决，可向教师寻求帮助。

This workshop will be conducted in a collaborative team format.
Each group will divide responsibilities such as directing, cinematography, producing, and editing in order to complete a single final work.

Please carefully understand the following key principles.

The Role of the Director

The director, as the storyteller, is the central creative authority and primary person responsible for the work.
Discussion and exchange of ideas regarding the direction, interpretation, and expression‎ of the work are strongly encouraged.

However, such discussions and adjustments must be sufficiently completed before filming begins.

Principles Once Filming Begins

Once filming starts,
all team members are expected to follow the director’s plan and work in a coordinated and efficient manner to complete the shoot.

Continuous changes in direction or structural debates on set
may reduce the overall quality of the work and should therefore be avoided.

After Filming

After filming is completed,
further discussions and deliberations may take place during the editing and post-production process.

The final version screened in class must be
a work for which the director can take full responsibility.

If There Are Different Opinions or Interpretations

If any staff member wishes to present a different interpretation, creative direction, or argument regarding the screened work,
(particularly editors), they may produce an alternative version and
upload it to the class café for discussion and communication.

This principle also applies to cinematographers, producers, and other crew members.

For example, if you have a different approach to cinematography from the director, you must persuade the director and your team members in order to implement your method within the time permitted on set.
If such time cannot be allowed, the shot will not be carried out.

Many different situations and possibilities may arise during the workshop.
Rather than focusing on individual cases,

 it is essential to understand the fundamental principles of collaboration and the structure of creative responsibility.

This workshop is not simply an assignment,
but an opportunity to experience the real collaborative structure of filmmaking.

Respect each role while actively contributing creative ideas,
and strive to build mature collaborative practices.

On Conflict

Conflicts may arise within the team.
It is expected that these will be managed and resolved under the responsibility of the team leader.

Not all members may contribute equally.
Such matters should be documented and reported if necessary, rather than becoming a source of conflict.

If you encounter difficulties during the process,
please first attempt to resolve them within the team under the leadership of the team leader.
If this is not possible, you may seek assistance from the instructor.
